We were at Vivi's for the 2nd time and this time everything was really top-notch - The apartment was very clean, the location is simply priceless. Vivi warmly welcomed us and spoiled us with fresh eggs, olives, and olive oil throughout the 4 weeks. The lemons and grapefruits straight from the tree tasted wonderful. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The beds were perfect for us. Thanks to the fly screen, we also had peace from any pests. The grill house at the front of the beach is brilliant. That was also our favorite spot for breakfast! The last few days it was very, very warm at night, which is why we turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom. We had never had such a quiet and easy-to-use AC before. The individual evaluation criteria of the guests coming to her, some for many years, nearly reach 100% satisfaction. I fully agree with that, but the winter season does require a somewhat different willingness for travelers to stay by the sea. Described with the classic German word "Weichei," I cannot recommend a longer winter vacation for these individuals. Even newly installed AC units in the rooms – offering cooling or heating – cannot make it as cozy warm as many people's homes in Germany. The Greek fundamental construction, designed for summer temperatures, simply does not allow for that. However, those who are willing to equip themselves with modern "functional clothing," similar to what one would wear on winter vacations in the mountains, will experience a unique kind of holiday or temporary escape. For alongside the rainfall, essential for nature, accompanied by wind, warm and moderate temperatures follow, sometimes in short intervals. This opens up opportunities to explore the beauty of nature, with the animals and the different landscapes of the South Peloponnese by car, or sometimes even by bus. The sight and feelings of experiencing the "raging Mediterranean" so directly suddenly brings forth entirely different holiday experiences! It is very reassuring when Vivi talks about experiences that date back decades. Yes, this lovable Greek person Vivi is also the reason why I traveled here again for 3 months after 7 years. My first contact with Hellas was almost 50 years ago. Athens, Acropolis, among others. There followed many, many stays as a tourist and also as a "dropout for months" on the mainland and many islands. The rugged island of Crete from the west-north-east to the south, where I was able to get to know land and people for many months, has left a lasting impression on me. Hospitality has encountered me in almost every place, but what Vivi is willing to offer her "guests" for their comfort, almost reading wishes from their eyes, I have only experienced this level of warmth once over many months in South Crete. Very nice apartment directly by the sea. Outdoor shower even with warm water. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are quiet and very good. The garden and the terrace are great. Our grandchildren played outside all day. In the afternoons, the beach offers plenty of shade. Playground, taverns, and shopping options are quickly reachable on foot. We really liked the small place. Vivi, the landlord, lives on the first floor and is a very warm and friendly woman. We were able to check in early, and on the day of departure, we could use the apartment until the afternoon. That was especially great because of the two small children. Thank you once again for that. The kitchen is very well equipped. Toaster, drip coffee maker and capsule coffee machine, microwave, and much more. Enough towels and dish towels. Everything you need is there. And Vivi was always available.

The location is right on the beach, with a dreamlike terrace offering plenty of seating and a well-maintained garden in front with an unobstructed view of Mani. We were staying for the first time in this apartment with Vivi; it was wonderful, and the accommodation is highly recommended. The warmth and generosity of our hostess were unique, and she was very discreet, even though she lived above her apartment. The sunrises could be admired from the bedroom. They are hardly describable, so beautiful were these moments. The only thing I can criticize a bit is that this holiday apartment cannot be booked in the summer for 2 to 3 years because it has so many annual regular guests and the booking calendar is full. (Well, of course, that's good for Vivi and RB Jassu.) Thank you, dear Vivi, for all the wonderful hours in your beach house. 100% recommendation.

After more than 15 stays in nearly 20 years, there is not much we haven't said about this holiday home. These numbers speak for themselves. Therefore, today we only want to report on news. Now all rooms have air conditioning, which was very pleasant in the heat this year, and all bedrooms now have new wonderfully comfortable mattresses. The landlord Vivi has always read our every wish from our eyes and, if something was (no longer) right, she immediately provided a remedy. This time, however, she has outdone herself. After my husband slipped on a rock while leaving the water and fell backwards into it, she had a kind of railing built with the help of a rope, a buoy, and two concrete blocks – and all within a single day. My husband has never been in the sea as often as this time, and other older gentlemen from the area have also gladly taken advantage of this help. Today, however, I would also like to address the Jassu team, which has not had it easy with us this year. We always receive every possible support, and we thank you very much for that. A fantastic little house with a beautiful view of the sea just a few minutes walk from Agios Andreas. We loved the fact that we could walk to the restaurants simply by popping out of the garden gate and wandering along the beach. The sea is very clean and the children loved the fact that they could go for a swim so easily. We even managed to catch a baby octopus! The house itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped (it was nice to have a kitchen that had more than just a few plates and glasses so that we could cook) and suited our needs. We spent most of our time outside on the veranda overlooking the sea as it was so hot ( Air conditioning is the one thing the house would maybe benefit from having in the future). We received a warm welcome from Vivi's family on arrival and, later on in the week, from Vivi herself - kindly bringing fresh eggs for our children. Agios Andreas is a small port but has a handful of decent restaurants and a couple mini markets so everything we needed was in easy reach. We enjoyed exploring the area and would recommend visiting Finikounda, Pilos and Methoni as well the town in Kalamata. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Location is great right by the sea, ideal for families with young kids. Couple of Tavernas with good and reasonably priced food only a 5-minute stroll away. Interior is nice, comfy and well equipped even though there were parts that were obviously over used could do with better maintenance (i.e shutters). Overall, the house deserves the elevated for the area asking price.

First of all, we would like to say that the apartment and location deserved even more stars. We were the first guests of the season, and we were shocked: the apartment was not cleaned at all, the oven was greasy and sticky. We had to wet mop the floors first. We spent 2 days cleaning and rolling up the many (far too many) carpets. The owner, Vivi, was discharged from the hospital on the day of our arrival and apologized sincerely for the inconvenience. From the 3rd day onwards, we were able to fully enjoy the apartment and the complex for another 25 days. Vivi was always attentive and often provided us with fresh eggs. In the fridge, she had already stocked beer, water, and lemons. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with plenty of dishwasher tabs provided. There were more than enough laundry and towels for changing. During a weeks-long stay, the washing machine also proved to be very useful. The shower and the toilet worked without any problems. Even the outdoor shower had hot water :-). Although it was quite warm, around 30-38°C, there were plenty of shaded spots, either on the large covered terrace (approx. 40m2) or by the sea at the barbecue hut. It's just a 4-minute walk along the road to the village. There are two small supermarkets that carry everything for daily needs and 5-6 restaurants with delicious food. As already mentioned at the beginning, if the apartment had been clean, we would have given it a perfect score of 10. If we go back to Agios Andreas, we would book this apartment again immediately. Thank you very much Vivi for the lemons, wonderful juicy sweet grapefruits straight from the tree/garden, and the fresh eggs. Μόλις επιστρέψαμε από τις διακοπές μας από το σπίτι της Βιβής. Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Το σπίτι ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα και με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Τα παιδιά λάτρεψαν τον κήπο. Η κα Βιβή πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. Απόλυτη ηρεμία και ξεκούραση!!!! Δεν ήθελε κανείς να φύγει από εκεί. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!

La casa è ben organizzata con due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzatissima con tutto quello che serve e un ampio soggiorno. La mattina si fa colazione sotto il grande patio direttamente sul giardino, un grande salotto all'aperto accogliente e rilassante. E poi, aperto il cancello del giardino, la meraviglia di accedere direttamente alla spiaggia con un mare sempre cristallino. La proprietaria, la Signora Vivi, abita al piano di sopra: è molto disponibile ed accogliente ed è un piacere avete avuto modo di conoscerla. Nothing is missing: dishes, cooking facilities, iron and ironing board, even detergent is provided. Vivi is so nice, she gave us eggs from her chickens. What is definitely a big advantage in mid-summer, is a slight disadvantage in mid/late October: The apartment on the ground floor is a bit dark and cool by then.

We felt very comfortable at Vivi's. There are many beautiful seating and dining areas in and around the house, the huge terrace is like a second living room. Everything is very functional and spacious for four people. The large garden is ideal for children: it can be locked towards the beach, but it's right by the sea. The beach was clean (beautiful round pebbles), and apart from Vivi's relatives, we had the section all to ourselves. Aghios Andreas is a nice little town. You can walk to the tavern, the vegetable seller or the bakery (great ice cream made on site). The supermarket offers a wide selection of Greek and (at least in August) even up-to-date German newspapers. Only the directions were suboptimal. Neither on arrival (in the dark in the evening) nor in later searches (during the day) were we able to identify the specified landmarks (hotel, OTE hut). The port is not helpful for orientation either, as you can't see it from the main road at night. It would be better to have an exact distance from the signposted turn-off to Longga. So we had to call the landlady, which worked out in the end.

Those who, like us, appreciate immediate proximity to the beach (which - as often in Greece - is indeed connected to a few cars driving on the coastal road), can spend a wonderful vacation at Vivi's place. Everything you need is there. Vivi is a lovely person. And the neighbors from Kalamata who spend the weekend here only disturb if you prefer absolute seclusion. With regards to the current crisis, it should be noted that the Greeks here are as kind and hospitable as always. No difference compared to previous vacations could be noticed.

Thanks to the perfect access to the sea, this is great for "morning swimmers." The water quality in the sea is also optimal. During rain, the power may go out for a while. However, this is a problem throughout Greece, as confirmed by a friend who has been living in Greece for 20 years. The landlady is a friendly, unobtrusive woman who temporarily lives on the upper floor. The equipment of the house, especially the kitchen, is perfect. There is really nothing missing if you want to prepare something yourself! There are also enough chairs and loungers on the property.

At Vivi's place we had a truly wonderful holiday with 5 people (2 adults, three children aged 7, 10, and 12). The location by the beach is fantastic for those seeking peace and quiet. You can hear the sound of the sea day and night, and can easily jump into the water or sunbathe at any time. The large terrace and many seating areas are perfect for relaxation. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the small town with a few restaurants in Greek style. You can also take some nice trips to the surrounding villages. We quickly grew fond of the landlady and felt completely comfortable. Conclusion: We will definitely come back next year!

We, a couple around 50, already without children, were completely satisfied. The house and beach are just like in the pictures. Everything you need is there. The many seating options on the terrace and in the garden always provide the right place, whether shady, sunny, sometimes even in the rain. There are also two sun loungers available. You can reach the cozy village with a bar, bakery - they also have ice cream -, small supermarket, harbor, and of course taverns via the beach. The beach is definitely suitable for children, a mix of sand and stones. The water was very clean - early June 2014, an outdoor shower is available. You should definitely experience the sunrise over the Mani at least once. Vivi comes on weekends and you can chat with her as well. We would love to come back sometime.

The house is unfortunately on the street, so not very quiet. It is super equipped, great terrace with garden directly at the sea. We did not like the beach. Lots of seaweed, large pebbles. We always went to Koroni to the Saga sandy beach. In high season, the front and side houses are occupied by Greek families with small children, which is not necessarily suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. But we had a nice and also relaxing holiday and thank Jassu-Reisen for the smooth and friendly organisation.

Everything is very functionally furnished and very spacious for four people. The large garden is ideal with children: it can be closed off from the beach, but it is right by the sea. The beach was clean (nice round pebbles), and apart from Vivi's relatives, we had the section all to ourselves. Aghios Andreas is a nice little village. You can walk to the taverna, the greengrocer or the bakery (they make great ice cream here). We spent three wonderful weeks with Vivi. Aghios Andreas is a tranquil village with two mini-markets, a greengrocer, a baker and a few restaurants and bars around the harbour. The location of House Vivi directly on the sea is simply wonderful. The sea was crystal clear and warm and there were hardly any people on the beach. You can walk along the beach to the harbour in 5 minutes. The flat was clean, the crockery just incredible, but it makes sense to bring sharp knives if you like to cook. The only downer in paradise at first were the mosquitoes. But with the fly screens and fly swatter we brought with us, we soon got to grips with this problem. Vivi is very cordial and the well-being of her guests is very close to her heart. She usually comes to the upper flat on Sundays. During the week she lives in Kalamata. In this way: Dear Vivi, thank you so much for your warmly welcome, it was a really nice time in your house.

Vivi was our second house after Mesonissia (again, we booked too late and couldn't find a house that met our expectations for the entire period of our trip; however, Jassu was very helpful in finding what ended up being a great combination of the two houses). In contrast to Mesonissia, Vivi is not quite as charming and lonely, but the immediate proximity of the beach (although with large pebbles in the water for the first few metres) makes up for it. At first we mourned Mesonissia a bit, but eventually grew just as fond of Vivi, especially spending a lot of time here on the huge covered terrace, where it was quite pleasant due to the sea breeze and you could look directly at the sea and the great coastline of the Mani opposite. You can walk to the "centre" of Aghios Andreas within a few minutes (also via the beach), there are great restaurants and the great bakery already mentioned in other reports. It is also not very far to beautiful Koroni by car. Apart from the missing fly screens (we had brought our own and provisionally mounted them with adhesive tape, but that's not the real thing either) and the suboptimal directions mentioned in a report below (we have already given Jassu detailed feedback on this, so this will certainly improve), there was another small, not so great phenomenon in the otherwise very idyllic house: while the water pressure was very strong at night and during the day, towards evening it was often the case that only a thin thread came out of the tap (or shower head). we had to let our plastic bottles drip and then pour them out over us. We did this kind of holiday for the first time and put ourselves in the hands of Jassu, everything was great ! Great support from Jassu Reisen, we will definitely travel with Jassu again. Our domicile with Vivi was awesome (this location on the beach), Vivi is a very nice landlady who takes great care of you and solves even the smallest problem immediately.

Super holiday home right by the sea!!! House is perfect, very well equipped, beautiful garden with barbecue and direct beach access. We felt very comfortable. No complaints, everything top, we can recommend. Many thanks to Vivi, we were well looked after!

The 5 of us (2 adults, three children aged 7, 10 and 12) really had a wonderful holiday at Vivi. The location on the beach is really fantastic for those seeking peace and quiet. You can hear the sea roaring day and night and can jump into the water or lie in the sun at any time without much effort. The large terrace and the many seating areas invite you to relax. In 5 minutes you are in the small village with a few restaurants in Greek flair. But you can also make some fine excursions to the surrounding villages. We quickly took the landlady to our hearts, we really felt comfortable all around. Conclusion: We will be back next year!

A very nice holiday in a beautiful house that lacks nothing. The landlady Vivi welcomed us on the first day and gave us a short briefing.
In the middle of the holiday we were spoiled with a delicious meal.
We will definitely come back again.

We were there for the third time, this time with three children (11, 8, baby). As always, it was very nice. The direct beach access is simply unbeatable, and the many nice sitting areas in and in front of the house are very inviting. Hot days are spent relaxing on the terrace.
