At the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle rises picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, and the narrow alleys with the pretty houses of Koroni nestle against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border both sides of the village. Southwest of the charming village centre, the fine Zaga sandy beach stretches along the coast.
The holiday homes JORGOS, ANASTASSIA, RIGOTIS and MAGIA are scattered on a large family plot on a beautiful slope above the sea, among oleander bushes, olive and citrus trees.
The two-storey house JORGOS with its two flats, each with a separate entrance, is situated at the back of the property. Next door, at a distance of approx. 10m, is the house of the landlord's family with the holiday flat MAGIA on the first floor. On the other side, at a distance of approx. 30m, is the holiday home ANASTASSIA. A little lower, in front of the house JORGOS, due to the slope of the property, are the small holiday houses RIGOTIS 1 and 2 at a distance of approx. 30 to 60m.
Simple and functionally furnished ground floor flat JORGOS 2 with own entrance. The living/dining room with adjoining kitchen corner is connected to the bedrooms and the bathroom. To the side of the house is the terrace, protected from view by oleander bushes. In front of the house, between the trees, you have a little sea view.
A pleasant footpath leads across the natural property and the surrounding fields after a few steps and a total of approx. 450 m to the fine sandy ZAGA beach.
If you like to spend your holiday with friends or in a large family circle, then this holiday home with its two flats is suitable for that. The nearby, picturesque Koroni with its beautiful harbour scene, taverns and cafés offers a nice change to the quiet surroundings of this holiday home. And you don't have to walk long distances for your daily errands.
Of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoilt, fine sandy beaches.

The apartment is large, beautiful, and very clean, equipped with all the necessary things. The beach is easily reachable on foot, but a car is recommended. We were not very satisfied with our first accommodation, but Jassu resolved everything quickly and easily. This way, we were able to have a really great vacation in Koroni... THANK YOU Jassu, you are a great tour operator and definitely recommendable.

Unfortunately, I can not give only a positive review. Upon arrival at the house, we were met with an unpleasant surprise in the form of an unpleasant smell from the refrigerator. The refrigerator did not refrigerate and was not properly prepared for our arrival, we had to wash it ourselves, using our own cleaning products, as there were no other cleaning products besides dishwashing liquid. We travel a lot and this was the first time we came across such a state of the refrigerator, not only that it did not cool and there was no water in it (which is usually a good practice of the owners when travelers arrive after a long trip and want to cool down), but also it was neglected and smelled. Overall, the apartment needs renovation and more attention to cleanliness. The surrounding area is beautiful, so a house like this has incredible potential for hosting guests.

The accommodation is spacious and simply furnished. But it has everything one needs. There is a cozy, shaded seating area outside. The path to the sea is beautiful and takes about 7-10 minutes. We really enjoyed that Koroni and the beach are within walking distance. The location of the apartment is great for children. They can jump around freely and manage the distance to the sea well. The landlord lives next door and is very helpful. The communication regarding the later departure was not an issue either.

Large spacious holiday home with a beautiful terrace. Lower apartment well equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Good proximity to the beach and town, within walking distance. Can be recommended.
