We (a couple) were received very kindly and provided with tips for taverns. Our apartment was clean, bright, and practically furnished. Our balcony with a view over the bay was nice, but just enough for two people. All in all: recommended and reasonably priced!

We enjoyed the stay and staff was supportive. Communication was very good. The pool was clean, the kitchen had pretty much all necessities. The view was amazing from the balcony, very close to the beach, appx 10 min walk to beach. We would like to come back.

The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of great recommendations of places to go which we used. They lent us parasols and helped us when we needed a pharmacy. They were wonderful. We had our 2 kids with us (age 11 and 13) and we had joining apartments which was ideal, because we all had lots of space. The apartments themselves were basic but were cleaned every 2 days and got fresh linen and towels. A couple of slight negatives: The bathrooms were small and the showers didn’t stay on the walls. There was a pool table in the photos but we didn’t come across one. The beach is a ten minute walk but you have to cross a junction which wasn’t ideal for letting the kids go off by themselves. You need transport to the nearest town Rethymno which is a 15 minutes drive away. And parking in July was awful. We would drive around for 15/20 minutes before finding a space- but definitely worth it. It’s gorgeous.

first day at radamanthys was Magic home this is an amazing location with great views superb amenities and a laid-back family atmosphere. The hotel was very accommodating and having a laundry and separate apartments was a great luxury. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Prima accommodatie! Super mooi zeezicht. Handig ook omdat het appartement uit twee verschillende gedeeltes bestaat. Super als je als twee stellen samen reist. Zo kan je tijd samen doorbrengen maar heb je toch allebei veel privé. Super werkende airco en mooi zeezicht vanaf alle drie de balkons. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad. Tip- Beneden eten bij Eleven is top. 4 km afstand van grote supermarkt. Mooie rustige locatie die toch dicht bij alles is.

I really do recommend the place to all the families that are planning to go to Crete on holidays. The place was spacious, very clean and quiet. The rooms were cleaned every 2 days. The personnel was also very helpful and easy to communicate. There is also a very nice view for the sea. In every room there is an air-condition device and TV. You can easily prepare something to eat. The pool is situated in a very convenient place, with the sunbeds and sun most of the day. At the bar you can watch some TV programs and also eat something during your tome for relax. The apartments are very close to the main road, so it is easy to go for a sightseeing. Also close to both airports - 1 hour of driving either to Chania or Heraklion. Once again I heartily recommend the place :)

Our stay in Crete was consistently positive. The staff was extremely attentive and always ready to help, no matter what questions or concerns we had. The rooms were sufficiently large and offered plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel and look forward to a future stay.

The vacation rental complex is architecturally appealing, the furnishings simple but neat, the service exceptionally good. The coastal landscape does not invite you to a beach holiday, too much dominated by the main road. But for us, who wanted to get to know the island, the accommodation was excellent.

We stayed there for 14 days in July 2020. The apartment was well-equipped and had a total of 3 balconies! The large balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea. The pool is large enough and clean. The dining area is also clean. We certainly benefited from the COVID-19 situation and the reduced number of guests in the complex. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is situated on a hill, and the approach is very steep. The drive to Rethymno takes only about 15 minutes. Many of the classic attractions are also easily accessible by car in a manageable time (Elafonisi about 2 hours). The beach in Sfakaki is within a 5-minute walk. For necessary shopping, there is a mini-supermarket about 1km away that offers all products/food. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book there again at any time!

Excellent handling in Corona times. Towel exchange and room cleaning only took place in consultation with the guests. Disinfectants were available in the public areas. Compliance with etiquette rules was not a problem due to the lower number of guests. We ordered food twice in the evening at the bar because we didn't want to go out anymore. There is only a small menu, but it is quite depressing when not even everything on it is available (e.g. tzatziki or garlic ... in Greece ...). The manager, however, is very nice and helpful and does everything in a one-man show, except for room cleaning. But reception, bar, kitchen, pool boy or gardener and probably more, all tasks were done by him alone, from eight in the morning until midnight, seven days a week - respect. In the rooms/apartments, the equipment in the kitchen was not satisfactory and at most just sufficient to criticize. Overall, a good value for money.

The accomodation was great! The apartments were actually more spacious than we imagined. We loved the pool area as well as having balconies where we could relax and watch the sea. The personnel at the residence is very helpful, everything we requested was always done. We received some great recommendations for activities as well as restaurant recommendations - always great.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was great, the entire team on site was extremely courteous, helpful and simply insanely nice. We were able to take many excursions from there. Although the nicer beaches are all in the south of the island, but we knew that beforehand. It was great that our apartment was cleaned every two days.

Very spacious accommodation, great value for money, very friendly and helpful people at the reception on site. In May it was very quiet in the small apartment complex, but everything was already available and very well-maintained (pool, bar etc.). We (parents with a 17-year-old son) felt very comfortable and used the convenient location for some nice trips. The immediate surroundings of the complex are less attractive. You can reach a good bakery on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent two weeks here in August. All four of us found it very restful and relaxing. The pool was great, as was the proximity to the beach. The rooms (2 with connecting door) were very spacious, bright and clean. We can also confirm that the service was above average friendly and very accommodating. In addition, we had a rental car, which is recommended, so that we could make nice excursions. We can definitely highly recommend both JASSU-Reisen, as an agent for accommodation and rental car, and this resort. It was a wonderful trip - from the beginning to the moment we came home!

Beautiful complex, spacious and well-equipped flat, very friendly, helpful and warm welcome. Quite quiet, you hear less from the nearby national road than from the goats, dogs and roosters in the area. Beach and several good tavernas within walking distance, good shopping facilities in nearby Rethymnon. Conveniently located for excursions throughout the western part of the island and east to Heraklion/Knossos. We felt very comfortable.

The complex is on a slope and the approach is very steep. The driving time to Rethymno is only about 15 minutes. Many of the classic excursion destinations can be reached by car in a reasonable time (Elafonisi about 2 hours). The beach in Sfakaki can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. There is a mini-supermarket about 1km away that offers all the necessary groceries.
We were very satisfied overall and would book there again anytime!

Small compact resort away from the hotels on Sfakaki beach 5min away. Very nice view from the balconies of the flat to the sea. The national road in between did not really bother us. Central location for exploring the sights between Heraklion and Chania by car. It is also not far to the south box (Preveli approx. 45 min). The centre of Rethymno, perhaps the most beautiful town in Crete, is about 30 min away. The holiday complex is in a very well-kept condition, the equipment of the modern furnished holiday flat left nothing to be desired. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gastronomy and simple shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Simple meals (e.g. pizza) and drinks can also be purchased in the complex. All in all, highly recommended.

In this accommodation you have everything you need in a holiday home and if you had any questions, everything was always taken care of. The place was not a feast for the eyes but the proximity to Rythemnon makes you forget that. I would always recommend a rental car on this island as there is so much variety to discover.
