The holiday house CHRISSA lies embedded between gardens, olive groves and some holiday homes of the secluded district of Halikouna, close to the nature reserve of Lake Korrision and the extensive, fine sandy beach of Halikounas.
The house is surrounded by a large nature property with a big, shady cork oak tree, Mediterranean plants and trees.
Practical detached house, modestly and simply furnished. From the living room and the 2 bedrooms you have direct access to the circumferential, covered terrace and the garden.
This is accommodation close to nature and especially suitable for guests seeking peace and quiet.

Posto autentico, immerso negli ulivi. Un po’ isolato e wild ma affascinante. Obbligatorio avere una macchina e meglio arrivare di giorno così da non perdersi.

Außer : Top !! Zumindest für Leute die die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit lieben.
Auto ist sozusagen Voraussetzung.

Schlichtes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zwar einfach, jedoch ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen einfach ideal.

The house is great, and has a special style. The land is quiet, and far from the noise places. The roads are narrow and not in the best condition. The beautiful and wild beach is 10 minutes walk. We will came back next year.

It's always nice to spend the vacation in Corfu, in Villa Chrissa. This year we were there for the 3rd (4th?) time. The property is very secluded in the olive grove, but still relatively close to the beach of Chalikounas. Restaurants are within walking distance and offer excellent food at moderate prices.
However, a vehicle is urgently required. First, because the house is hardly reachable without one, and also to go shopping to Moraitika, a means of transportation is necessary.
The house and the large garden are very well maintained and have everything you need for a relaxing vacation and for self-catering.

Top clean, renovated house with a huge garden. Very good, spacious equipment. The house is situated very idyllically in the middle of the olive groves. For us city dwellers, pure freedom. As already noticed - without a car, nothing goes there. But heavenly peace is free. Ideal for us. Simply fantastic and we are already looking forward to the next vacation there.

Nice big house, enough for 6 persons (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; unfortunately only 1 small bathroom/shower with sparse running water). Plenty of crockery, large and small pots and pans; very large terrace where you can always find a shady spot. The property has a very nice basically quiet location. Unfortunately, there is a kind of dog pound nearby; the dogs bark persistently every time they move in front of their property. - The access road to the property is very bad with many deep holes and only suitable for vehicles with sufficient ground clearance. From the property it is a 20 min. walk to the beach, which is not very crowded. Very nice Greek neighbours live on the adjoining properties. All in all, it was a very nice, relaxing holiday.

Very beautiful garden, spacious rooms, quiet location in the middle of nature, the sea is also reachable on foot in about 30 minutes of comfortable walking. A very nice taverna with sea view and very friendly staff is nearby.
All in all, we liked it very much.

Great house on a beautiful property with lemons and olive trees. Everything was very clean. I can only recommend this house. The landlord has now installed air conditioning, new garden furniture and a large TV. The only problem is the way to get there. The gravel road is not without its problems, but you get used to it. I have also heard dogs barking... someone who has several dogs lives about 500 to 800 metres away. But it didn't bother me so much. After all, you live in the country.

Something really needs to happen with the shower.
Sun loungers would be important.
At least a small information sheet with instructions on the Wi-Fi password, hot water (you had to fiddle with the fuse box first) and how to operate the washing machine would be nice.

The house is very suitable for 5-6 people who do not want a hustle and bustle. The location and facilities are as described. Great house, large property. We had a wonderful time with friends. The sunbeds invite you to relax, you can always find a shady spot. The road to the house takes some getting used to. "The house manager was there immediately when we had a problem with the washing machine and solved it. We will definitely come again. Christiane from Bielefeld September 2019

We felt so comfortable! The house is built into the silence. From the terrace you have a wide view that you want to preserve in jars (unfortunately the camera is not enough for such peace).
You should know that you can't just go and get bread rolls and that the walk to the beach takes 20 minutes - 20 minutes Greek LAND (not Greek town!).
For us, the house was a great hit and the large garden a reminder of paradise!
A great gift in the noise and haste of our time!
Pack walking shoes and at least 3 good books! A car is unfortunately necessary and must be driven on the gravel road (approx. 800 metres) at jogging speed (and please no Lamborgini!) Small cars have no problem if driven carefully!

The house has everything you need for self-catering and the outdoor area is also very pleasant with plenty of shade. Lots of valuable travel advice was provided by the supplier. Even the late arrival time was no problem. Although the access roads to the house are a bit adventurous, you have the peace and quiet of nature. Overall idyllic location with about 30 min to the sea and the protected area of Lake Korission.

Villa Chrissa is a wonderful, spacious holiday home with a large garden that leaves nothing to be desired. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, this is the place for you. Nevertheless, the Korission Lagoon and Halikounas Beach are within walking distance. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the south of the island. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
