Thank God the apartment is far enough from Kavos that you can hardly hear the nighttime noise. Great is the own little beach right in front of the door. Ideal for relaxing, also for families with younger children, as the sea is shallow for a long way. The apartment itself is simply furnished, but sufficient for breakfast provisions. The managers are very hospitable and helpful.

I can recommend a vacation in June at the Studios Irini for individual travelers who do not want a 5-star hotel and mass processing. We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are simple but clean, and the garden area with palm trees is very well maintained. The adjacent beach and the wonderfully clean sea were almost exclusively ours. It was paradise! Renting a car from the airport is advisable (which worked very well with Jassureisen) to explore the entire island. The immediate surroundings of Aghiios Petros and especially Kavos are not necessarily worth seeing, but Georges' establishment makes up for it all. One should eat at the tavern "Julia" on the wonderful sandy beach "Gardeno." The food is very good, the host is extremely friendly, and it is really affordable.

Beautiful location, perfect for a few relaxing days in the green garden under the sunshade. The view of the sea and the mountains is dreamy. Direct access to the water – from the terrace to the sea and back. The kitchen has the essentials: coffee machine, kettle, small stove. Daily cleaning and garbage disposal. We were self-catering, the small supermarket (3 minutes away) has everything you need. Kavos itself is more of a party town, but Giorgios' and Irina's place is an oasis for resting. Too bad: The first picture on Airbnb shows a sandy beach right by the house – that hasn't existed for years. Instead, there is a pier into the sea, from which one can swim and sunbathe wonderfully. So, criticism of the marketing – not of the place. The hosts are warm, the spot heavenly. 100% recommendation.

Beautiful private, clean, and well-maintained beach. The sand as seen in the photo is no longer there, it seems to have been washed away. The room was clean, fresh towels and toilet paper were provided. The kitchen is now also equipped with salt and pepper after us. The hosts are definitely worth mentioning, they were super sweet. The kitchen and especially the bathroom have room for improvement. In particular, the shower is not so great; you shower 20 cm next to the toilet and definitely get it completely wet. That was a bit gross, as was the toilet itself, which didn't always "take everything." But those are really the only points; otherwise, it was great. Overall, for the price, it was absolutely fine. You primarily pay here for the direct access to the beach. We would prefer to give 4.5 stars.

Georgios and Irini (homeowners) live on site in the upper floor of the house closest to the sea, above Studios 5 and 6. Georgios is very friendly and always helpful. We stayed in Studio 5, where we had a beautiful sea view from the rooftop terrace. This front house was the first to be built and is a bit worn in places - could use some renovation. Beds are comfortable. The kitchenette is very simply furnished. Georgios had to change the stove burner because the plug was scorched. When we wanted to wash the cups, there was no hot water because the house is supplied with solar water, which often is not sufficient for the many studios. The situation was similar in the bathroom - taking warm showers was usually not possible. Additionally, the toilet and shower are so close together that everything gets splashed. We talked to Georgios about it, and he said that there simply wasn't enough space to change that. The TV did not work for us - only receives local channels - one in Greek and one in English. There is fly screen on the two small windows - none on the two doors. Mosquitoes were hardly a problem. There are electric mosquito repellent devices available. The house in the second row with studios 7-10 was built last and the studios are in very good condition accordingly - including the bathroom. If I were to stay at the Irina Studios again, I would choose to stay in the second house in Studio 7 or 9, as you still have some sea view from there. Despite the pier and stairs, unfortunately, you have to wade through dense seaweed for the first few meters into the sea until you reach the sand (in 2016, the beach was washed away by a storm). The street noise is also minimal. Only occasionally does a quad bike roar past. I cannot say how it is facing the street in the studios. The music noise (Bum Bum) from the "Ballermann" Kavos was only occasionally and then only very muffled heard. We gladly used the sunbathing area with palm trees and free sun loungers and umbrellas. The shallow seawater in front of the property warms up quickly and, due to the usually offshore wind in the afternoons, has fewer waves than on the west coast of the island, where onshore wind comes up every afternoon and causes the waves. If the seaweed bothers you, you can enjoy the sandy beach and warm shallow seawater without seaweed at the nearby Bouka Beach - but you will need a car.

This is a great place to come relax, Kavos is obviously very touristy but this airbnb is far enough way from the crowds but close enough to walk into to town to eat and pick up a couple things. Georgios is very sweet.

Very peaceful and private stay, you can spend the whole day outdoors in the large garden by the beach, very nice hosts, restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful complex, unfortunately the beach has been washed away and a thick layer of seaweed has formed. But it doesn't matter, the sunbathing area is large enough and you can enter the water via a jetty. The rooms are simple and functional. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes always find a way into the rooms because there are only fly screens in the bathroom. You can't sleep with the windows open, and the adjacent road is also too loud. The landlords are very nice and always helpful!!! There are unfortunately only two proper tavernas nearby (my recommendation is the Octopus Tavern at the beach, the owner speaks German), some bars are still open, but a lot of places are empty and falling apart. We simply used the playground and water slide at the Capo di Corfu Hotel because there isn't much else.

The exceptional location of the property is uniquely beautiful. Directly above a meadow with palm trees to the sea! This view is simply unique. The studio with cooking facilities has good beds. The kitchen equipment and WC/shower are very basic. The top location allows you to overlook many things. The owners are extremely friendly and warm. If you love camping holidays at a higher level, you are definitely in the right place here.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation!! The reception was very warm and the landlords were very helpful and attentive during the stay. The simple but functional studio (with TV/Wi-Fi) is located in the middle of a beautiful palm garden, which is illuminated at night, right by the sea. My friend and I spent our first holiday together here at the end of September/early October. The resort was very well maintained, and the garden/private beach area(!) was beautiful. We were the only guests at that time, and Giorgios & Irini (the owners) were warm, incredibly caring hosts. Issues like water pressure in the toilet or hot water problems were resolved with humor and ultimately didn't matter, because falling asleep to the sound of the sea and being just a few steps away from the shallow, warm sea can't be spoiled. We have already recommended the apartment at the airport and will definitely come back again! A very well-kept facility with a lawn and directly accessible via a narrow sandy beach into the clear, warm waters of the Mediterranean. A dream has come to an end, great resort Super well maintained Giorgio and Irini are very friendly and helpful, the apartment very clean and everything works as it should only 40 m from the water, nearby you can shop, we rented a scooter and drove around for 2 weeks as a couple, it was really great. Attention: do not rent a motorcycle or scooter from Berry Shine, the vehicles are in very poor condition, and the service is poor, there are many other rental bikes or rental cars nearby that offer better quality. This place is amazing! You have private access to the sea as well as sunbeds available. The place is very calm. It is also close to amenities (mini markets, restaurants ...). The apartment is as described and is comfortable. The view is all the more appreciable. Communication with the owner is easy and George and his wife, who welcome guests on site, are lovely people. When it comes to relaxation, there is no better place than Irini Apartments. The secluded location at the sea, makes it an ideal getaway from the hustle and noise of town. Yet if one wants just a 30 minute walk will get you to party central, Kavos. The hosts are wonderful and George is the friendliest I have met in my many years of travel. The sea is family friendly as well as fun place to relax for adults, with kilometers os knee high mellow swim area. The place is also a good value. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for rest and relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The older couple who welcomed us was very friendly and available around the clock. The facility is beautifully landscaped and located in a quiet area. However, we were almost the only guests there at the time. The kitchen of the apartment actually has everything you need. There is a small oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a double hotplate. Unfortunately, the beach shown in the picture no longer exists. There is a ledge that you have to climb down to get into the water. The water itself and the views, however, are incredibly beautiful. All in all, a very nice facility and apartment! We liked it very much.

Everything is wonderful - especially the dreamy location right by the sea with a view of the opposite coast from the beautiful garden under towering old palm trees; Georgios and Irini are warm-hearted and always helpful hosts, the initially very unpleasant smell in the kitchen was immediately successfully and thoroughly fought - probably the result of the ubiquitous cats ‍⬛- the leftover coffee that was moldy in the coffee filter was due to the carelessness of the previous tenant; Beds, bathroom, kitchen otherwise fully equipped - a wonderful accommodation with very dear hosts with excellent value for money! If you don't like the hustle and bustle of nearby Kavos, there are peaceful hiking trails directly from the busy main road into the interior!

We (2 friends in our early 40s) felt like family on this holiday from day 1. The hosts Giorgos and Irini are incredibly friendly people and very concerned about the well-being of their guests. We were there without a car and were still able to get around easily with the inexpensive bus almost directly from the house - except that you can't get to the popular, but not overcrowded beaches. On the other hand, you can put the sunbeds in the garden almost right next to the beautiful sea. Everything is very clean and fortunately not made for mass tourism. In the small supermarket across the street, you are always greeted in a friendly manner and get everything you need. You just have to ignore the "Kavos party mile" of the English. We would have liked to stay longer!

We (young couple) felt comfortable in the accommodation. Everything is very simple, but clean and tidy. If you want to cater for yourself, you should know that the kitchen equipment is very sparse. Otherwise, it was very nice, but the place and the surroundings were very quiet and remote. The next bigger place "Kavos" is in the hands of the English and not recommended. So if you want to do something in the evening, you will have to get into the car. A rental car is therefore recommended! The owners are very friendly and approachable. The man speaks English and also gives you tips for excursions. All in all, we had a very nice, relaxing holiday.

We had apartment No. 5 with terrace facing the sea. Beautiful location directly on the water, very well-kept grounds, absolutely photogenic, with wonderful large palm trees, romantic Mediterranean architecture. Friendly landlords. Simple, clean, quiet, romantic. Pure relaxation. We fished and threw our fish on the barbecue immediately, otherwise we bought them in Lefkimi directly from the fishermen on the main square at bargain prices. If you like warm and shallow sea water, you will love bathing directly at the house. But there are also dream beaches 15 minutes away by scooter. (Insider tip "Secret paradise" near Kritika, the host Georgios will gladly give you information). Transfer from the airport via "Lord Travel" to the front door worked well and cost only € 20 pP. Conclusion: book!
