Description
The two-storey holiday house ERIKA is situated in an idyllic location, on a large, cultivated property surrounded by pine and palm trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants, close to the natural beach of Aghios Nikolaos, with a view of the blue sea. The comfortable holiday house in beautiful hill side location above the sea was renovated in 2010. From the living room you have direct access to the side terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The roofed terrace serves as summer lounge and is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden chairs. On the ground level there is the living/dining room with a nice wood-burning oven and adjacent kitchen area. 4 steps further down there is a second living room with 2 sofas, SAT-TV and fireplace. Bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor. One floor above the living room is the bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
500 m away, below the house is a youth camp that is in operation during the summer months.
Diagonally behind the holiday house there is a small extension with a separate entrance. The extension is occasionally used by the German owner.

Das Haus lag fantastisch mit einem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und wir würden noch einmal Familienferien machen. Es war Strandnah und der Vermieter war sehr nett,

ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nette Orte in näherer Umgebung mit dem Auto in nur ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Leider ist die Unterkunft unsauber. Die Vermieter aber sehr freundlich.

Ein schönes Haus mit ansprechender Architektur in sehr schöner Lage, ca. 100 Höhenmeter über dem Meer. Von der Terrasse gibt es einen traumhaften Ausblick. Der Weg zum und vom Strand ist aufgrund des Höhenunterschieds einigermaßen beschwerlich. Der Strand selbst ist ein ruhiger und schöner Naturstrand, an dem sich ab Mittag auch ein schattiges Plätzchen finden lässt. Leider mussten wir die gleiche Erfahrung wie unser "Vorschreiben" machen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus ließ auch bei uns schon sehr zu wünschen übrig und es wimmelte von persönlichen Dingen der Besitzer. Wir haben diese Problematik vor Ort direkt bei der Besitzerin (die sehr freundlich ist) und direkt nach unserem Urlaub im Juli auch bei Jassu angesprochen. Dort zeigte man großes Verständnis für unsere Kritik und versprach, sich mit der Vermieterin und anschließend wieder mit uns in Verbindung zu setzen. Wir haben seither nichts von Jassu gehört.

We really enjoyed our stay at Haus Erika. The house and property were very accurately described on the internet. The landlord (Michael) was very friendly, discreet and helpful. The value for money was very good. We will gladly recommend JASSU and Haus Erika to our friends and family.

We had a very nice time. Mrs. Erika Nikolaidis is a very sympathetic, lovely, and hospitable woman, we lacked nothing. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes downhill, a beautiful bay without tourist crowds, very nice to relax. There are umbrellas in the house. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Shopping opportunities, pharmacy, and taverns can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Many thanks to Mrs. Erika Nikolaidis and her son Michael. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time in this house. The terrace and the view are awesome. Fig trees, flowers were magnificent. The remote location of the house is a must. And the Agios Nikolaos is just few minutes away by car.
Some issues re AC not working and vlack of ventilation i.e. bad odors/smell in the bathrooms.

This house with amazing view by the see! With good location near the beaches, supermarket. Few minutes by car takes road to Ag.Nikolaos perfect place with many beautiful tavern. In the house we found everything we need for comfortable staying and even more. Thanks a lot !!!

Our experience at Villa Erika was special. Michael our host met us graciously in the night due to several delays getting into Thessaloniki, and he was so kind to show us around the place and come back at another day to orient us to the area and things to do. The view of the sea is lovely and not a terrible long walk though the area is certainly a steep climb. The remoteness offers quiet serenity. It is a great location to some of the best beaches in Sithonia, such as Ormos Panagias or Vourvourou, and even for travelers wishing to see Mt Athos close to the port where ferries leave to experience the Holy Mountain. There are many benefits closeby, such as a health center, nearby village for food, mini markets or maybe 7km from the large Lidl. We were four adults and three children and had comfortable space for all to relax and spread out. Thank you again for a lovely trip!

The accommodation was beautiful, quiet and spacious. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and always had good advice or tips for the surrounding area. Even in bad weather, there was no reason to be in a bad mood in this beautiful house, because you felt comfortable all around. A small drawback was the rather small and somewhat outdated bathrooms. This is the only reason not to rate the house as excellent.
