Garden: very large, with numerous Mediterranean plants, a floral splendor in spring. A wild turtle even lives here. From the property, there is a dreamlike view in many directions of the sea (daily small fishing boats, jumping dolphins, all observable from the terrace). Directly from the garden, you reach a lovely cove (Kienselsteine) via a (steep!) stone staircase (somewhat dangerous for children under three years). Through the neighboring property (allowed!), you can reach an even more beautiful sandy beach, surrounded by interesting rock formations, within three minutes. Even in high season, the area should not be overcrowded (only scattered, spacious holiday homes, no large hotels). The proximity to the fishing village of Ormos Panagias is advantageous, where the recommended tavern Ariston opens early in the year. Aspro Spiti also seems to be a good starting point for excursions (located north of Sithonia and thus a bit closer to the "mainland"). Very nice contact with the landlords (on the phone).

The owners, very friendly people, were present in the neighboring house during our stay, which pleased us. Unfortunately, because it was September, the wasp plague was somewhat unpleasant. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

The house, property, location, and view are dreamlike. The furnishings also do not need to hide from Central European standards. However, there were a few small disappointments: on the one hand, cleanliness left something to be desired. We did not have the impression that the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned upon our takeover. It was just barely clean. Then, the bedroom wardrobe was a bit moldy on the back wall and smelled musty. We therefore preferred not to put our clothes in there. And finally, there was the irrigation system in the garden. It started every morning promptly at 6:30 AM, and we were awakened each time by the considerable noise. Perhaps the timer should be set to a more vacation-friendly time. But all in all, it was a wonderful, quiet, and relaxing vacation in the last week of September. The location and view of the apartment have easily compensated us for the few inconveniences. Moreover, there were hardly any tourists, almost empty streets, shops, beaches, and restaurants - and always wonderful weather.

The landlady had to wait 1 1/2 hours for us and was therefore only moderately friendly. We did not learn her name, nor did we know whom we could have turned to if we had gotten locked out. The cabinets and drawers were full of odds and ends and belongings left by previous guests. Here, a thorough cleaning out is needed. The cabinets were full of blankets and bedding and offered storage space for a maximum of 2 people with medium luggage. We found it extremely stingy that we did not receive toilet paper. The private beach was full of plastic waste. Otherwise, the location fully compensates for the above limitations, even if you have to drive for everything (beach, shopping, food). In our 2nd. For a week, we looked for accommodation on-site that was more well-maintained and affordable.

At the beach by the house, we were always alone - despite the high season. It is great for snorkeling, paddling, fishing, and enjoying. At the beach 250m further away, there were hardly any people, and there is a quiet, gently sloping sandy beach where you can play water volleyball, etc. We spent the whole week practically only at the holiday house and the two beaches, enjoying the peace, beauty of nature, brunch, and dinner (at sunset) on the terrace. We are very happy to have found this accommodation.

Yes, we had a great holiday in Aspro Spiti 2 [CHABF002] and thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent in this heavenly place. We were very pleasantly surprised that there were no discrepancies with the promotional material, as we have had bitter experiences in the past years. The house, nature, and the sea were our three pillars. I cannot help but mention the hospitable attitude of the two owners, who give you complete freedom to feel at home. We went home satisfied and relaxed.

The flat is quite nice, it is located on the second floor of the house and the view from the terrace is magnificent. You have pretty much everything you need for a nice stay. The location is quite secluded, so a car is a would be a great plus.

Unfortunately, the apartment Aspro Spiti 2 was not clean - at best, it was swept clean. Dust, cobwebs, dead flies. We had to clean the remnants of the previous tenants ourselves from the sink and the toilet. We didn't even use the cabinets because of the dirt and dead flies. We were not welcomed by the contact person or landlord. "The key is in the door, just contact us if you have any questions," they told us shortly before our arrival on the phone. Actually, Greeks are very hospitable and the apartments are clean! Both were not the case here. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy, so that you can really hear everything from the ground floor apartment. Otherwise, a very nice apartment with a great view of the sea. If you are not very particular about cleanliness and hygiene and not particularly sensitive to noise, you will surely feel comfortable here.

Magnificent view from the terrace and garden full of trees and shadows for an afternoon break. AC is really not necessary. Peaceful and relaxing. On barbecue grilled fresh fish purchased in a nearby Ormos Panagias at the fish market. Children went alone, by local paths, to beaches 100m away from the house. Hosts are very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this property.

By providing the coordinates, we were able to find the holiday home easily with the navigation system. The owner waited for us despite our late arrival and was available to answer any questions at any time. The house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable. The view over the sea from the terrace is breathtaking. The pebble beach on the property is unfortunately full of washed-up debris. But it doesn't matter, because no matter which direction you drive: beautiful sandy beaches wherever you look. However, you should definitely have a car.

Great garden and the private beach was very interesting for snorkeling. We arrived on Saturday around midnight. We had agreed with the landlady (as she had offered) to leave some milk and bread in the apartment (of course for a fee). Unfortunately, she didn't. Well, it didn't spoil the great holiday. Beautiful location with a wonderful view from the balcony over the entire bay. I enjoyed watching the fishing and sailing boats while having espresso. Lovely house, we felt right at home. Not completely dust-free in every corner, but finally a vacation home with very good mattresses. Good mosquito screens, which should be kept closed. The guests on the ground floor can't be heard. The natural beaches that are within walking distance have too much debris; we cleaned up the plastic on the house beach on the first day, but the water is very clean. Kilometers of beautiful sandy and pebble beaches can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The area lacks historically grown villages, like in the Peloponnese. The towns seem to consist only of vacation homes, supermarkets, and taverns. Ormos can be forgotten, Sarti was better. When there was no running water one day, Jassu immediately helped. The craftsman came the same day and also solved the problem - perfect. We would love to travel there again.

Beautiful apartment with a dream view. The house - with the two apartments - is a small dream. Every evening, you have a sensational sunset. Everything is well-kept, clean, and equipped with many nice details. The landlords are extremely friendly, helpful, and have enriched our vacation. We felt very comfortable and will certainly visit this wonderful spot again. It should be noted that there are 2 wonderful coves right next to the house, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Otherwise, you should rent a car. There are wonderfully beautiful beaches, coves, taverns all over the peninsula... You should also consider renting a boat (also possible without a license). We were fortunate enough to see dolphins, which was of course the absolute highlight. Thank you for the lovely time we were able to spend in your house.

The owner has created a paradise without unnecessary frills, but still with all the necessary comforts. The house is beautifully located on a large plot on a kind of rocky promontory that extends into the sea. We inhabited the apartment on the 1st floor and had a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is furnished with a mix of vintage and new furniture, some of which are showing signs of age, and some individual pieces are very pretty - the style is, as always, a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the drain in the bathroom had a rather musty smell. We also had to battle with wasps, and breakfast and lunch on the balcony were unfortunately not possible. From the house, you can reach the private beach of the neighbors in a few minutes, which you can and should use because it is beautifully located. The water is very shallow, and swimming there is possible even with small children. The wonderful bay of Lagonisi can also be reached in 5 minutes by car and is highly recommended for swimming. The landlords are very nice and speak German and English.

We were a family with two children in the upper apartment. The location is beautiful and from the terrace you have a great view (sunset) of the sea and the opposite countryside. On the small peninsula, you are outside of the otherwise relatively touristic area. You have a very good starting point to explore Sithonia and can then retreat to your quiet home. The two beaches that can be reached on foot within a few minutes are wonderful. Both beaches are not very crowded. We especially liked the small pebble beach because you have it all to yourself - no visitor boats either. The hosts are very, very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. We felt very welcome. Many thanks to Vangelis and his wife. The beautiful house is located in a large private garden with lots of greenery. There is an outdoor grill and two outdoor showers here - the latter very convenient after visiting the beach. The vacation apartment is very well maintained and the furnishings are actually a bit outdated. For us, that was not a problem because everything is in order, well-equipped, and well-kept. If you are not used to the heat in midsummer, you will wish for air conditioning at night. Luckily, there was always a bit of wind and thanks to mosquito protection, you can keep the windows open. The ceiling fans at least provide some cooling. Overall, we really liked it and we would love to come back.

We were five people staying in the upstairs apartment for two weeks and had a very nice stay. The location is very quiet and is a great starting point for excursions. The grill is perfect, the rooftop terrace has a great view, and the private beach is only two minutes away. Since nothing else is provided for daily life besides towels, soap, and toilet paper, you should buy salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee, etc. on the way to the apartment. The advantage of the upstairs apartment is the view from the terrace and fewer ants, but the downstairs apartment has the advantage of being right in the garden and having a covered terrace when it rains.

If the lower apartment had been rented out at the same time, we would have found it disturbing. The view from the terrace is sensational. We felt very comfortable. It was simply dreamy beautiful. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is incredible, the accommodation itself has everything you need including a washing machine. We felt very comfortable. The landlords, who also speak German, are very kind and helpful, give tips on where to eat well, etc. A special plus of this accommodation are the 3 beaches within walking distance. Especially on the beach that can be reached via stone steps from the garden, we were often alone, as access goes through 2 private properties and thus hardly any other tourists get lost there. However, since many motorboats travel along the coast, it may happen that they come into the bay and anchor there for a while, but that did not bother us. Wearing bathing shoes is recommended, as there are a few sea urchins, but the water is simply wonderful, clear, partly turquoise, the children have dived for hours and watched fish.

The garden (almost a park) is a dream, with many places to sit in the shade and lie down. The house is in an absolutely quiet location. There are 3 small bays within walking distance (5-10 min) for swimming before breakfast. Wonderful turquoise and crystal clear water - with stones some sea urchins, so take bathing shoes! Nice tavernas in the nearby village. Nice excursions on the peninsula with more great bathing bays. Perfect all round - special thanks to the perfectly German-speaking and very friendly owners!!!

The house is beautifully situated on the peninsula of Lagonissi with a view of the sea all around. It is simply wonderful for relaxing. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. A few metres down the hill you have 3 bathing bays, you don't have to leave the peninsula except to go shopping or to the restaurant. The flat has everything you need, we felt at home again. The owners were on site and took care of everything. We would have loved to stay longer. But we will be back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Aspro Spiti and we will certainly go there again. The location and the view are priceless and perfect to completely relax. The flat has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The welcome on our arrival was warm and friendly as always. The landlords are always eager to give us an unforgettable holiday and are also always available. You can swim and snorkel directly in the three bays below the house. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings beautiful to look at. The Mediterranean garden is a feast for the eyes. What more could you want? We will be back :)

The holiday accommodation has a wonderful location, however the walk to the water, especially the way back is very arduous. I.e. if guests have walking problems, we would not recommend this accommodation

The house is beautifully situated on a large plot of land on a kind of rocky outcrop that extends into the sea. We stayed in the flat on the first floor and had a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is furnished with a mixture of vintage and new furniture, some of it looks a bit dated and some of it is very nice - the style is, as always, a matter of taste. The drain in the bathroom unfortunately smelled quite musty.
Unfortunately, we also had to fight with the wasps and breakfast and lunch on the balcony was unfortunately not possible.
From the house you can reach the private beach of the neighbours in a few minutes, which you can and should use, because it is beautifully situated. The water is shallow and bathing is possible even with small children. The wonderful bay of Lagonisi can also be reached in 5 minutes by car and is absolutely recommended for swimming.
The landlords are very nice and speak German and English.

Beautiful flat with dream view

The house - with the two flats - is a little dream. Every evening you have a sensational sunset. Everything is neat, clean and equipped with many nice details. The landlords are very friendly, helpful and enriched our holiday. We felt very comfortable and will definitely visit this beautiful spot again.
It should be noted that there are 2 wonderful bays right next to the house, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Otherwise you should rent a car.
On the whole peninsula there are beautiful beaches, bays, taverns...
You should also consider renting a boat (you don't need a driving licence). We had the pleasure of seeing dolphins, which was of course the absolute highlight.

Great location, very nice clean house. Everything you need is there. Very very friendly landlords on the neighbouring property. You can reach a sandy beach in a beautiful bay in a few minutes on foot and have it almost to yourself. A very nice little village 5 minutes away by car where you can find everything to round off a holiday. Thank you, a great country with great people.
