Leider war die Wohnung Aspro Spiti 2 nicht sauber - allenfalls besenrein. Staub, Spinnweben, tote Fliegen. Im Waschbecken und in der Toilette haben wir selbst die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter entfernt. Die Schränke haben wir aufgrund des Drecks und der toten Fliegen gar nicht erst benutzt. Von der Ansprechpartnerin oder Vermieterin wurden wir nicht empfangen. "Der Schlüssel steckt und bei Fragen einfach melden", sagte man uns kurz vor der Ankunft am Telefon. Eigentlich sind Griechen sehr gastfreundlich und die Wohnungen sauber! Beides war hier nicht der Fall. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, so dass man aus der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss wirklich alles hören kann. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Wer es mit Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht ganz so genau nimmt und nicht besonders geräuschempfindlich ist, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen.

House and garden are beautiful. Nothing glamorous and trendy but decorated with taste what we liked. Well equipped. Magnificent view from the terrace and garden full of trees and shadows for an afternoon break. AC is really not necessary. Peaceful and relaxing. On barbicue grilled fresh fish purchased in a nearby Ormos Panagias at the fish market. Children went alone, by local paths, to beaches 100m away from the house. Hosts are very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this property

House: appealing architecture, tastefully decorated with beautiful natural stone floors, adorned with some lovely Kelim rugs and old artifacts. The kitchen (functional) and bathroom (rather small, shower slightly leaky) do not offer luxury, but are perfectly sufficient for a one or two-week vacation. Despite only basic insulation (single glazing, gaps under doors), cooler spring temperatures were bearable thanks to three electric heaters and an open fireplace. Garden: very large, with numerous Mediterranean plants, beautiful blooms in spring. A wild tortoise even resides here. The property offers a fantastic view in many directions of the sea (daily sightings of small fishing boats, jumping dolphins, all visible from the terrace). A lovely cove (pebble beach) can be reached directly from the garden via a (steep!) stone staircase (potentially dangerous for children under three). Through the neighboring property (allowed access!) you can reach an even nicer sandy beach within three minutes, surrounded by interesting rock formations. Even in high season, the area is unlikely to be crowded (only scattered, spacious holiday homes, no large hotels). The proximity to the fishing village of Ormos Panagias is convenient, where the highly recommended Taverna Ariston opens early in the year. Aspro Spiti seems like a good starting point for excursions (located north of Sithonia and closer to the "mainland"). Very friendly contact with the landlords (over the phone).

A holiday home in a beautiful location. We were 4 adults and two small children in the ground floor apartment and felt very comfortable. The house is well and, in our opinion, tastefully furnished with important and useful things. The owners, very nice people, were present in the neighboring house during our stay, which pleased us. Unfortunately, due to September, the wasp infestation was somewhat unpleasant. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

By providing the coordinates, we were able to find the holiday home easily with the navigation system. The owner waited for us despite our late arrival and was available to answer any questions at any time. The house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable. The view over the sea from the terrace is breathtaking. The pebble beach on the property is unfortunately full of washed-up debris. But it doesn't matter, because no matter which direction you drive: beautiful sandy beaches wherever you look. However, you should definitely have a car.

The booked house turned out to be perfect: clean, spacious, and everything in good condition and tastefully furnished. The balcony could only be described as paradise. Great garden and the private beach was very interesting for snorkeling. We arrived on Saturday around midnight. We had agreed with the landlady (as she had offered) to leave some milk and bread in the apartment (of course for a fee). Unfortunately, she didn't. Well, it didn't spoil the great holiday. We would love to come back!

Beautiful location with a wonderful view from the balcony over the entire bay. I enjoyed watching the fishing and sailing boats while having espresso. Lovely house, we felt right at home. Not completely dust-free in every corner, but finally a vacation home with very good mattresses. Good mosquito screens, which should be kept closed. The guests on the ground floor can't be heard. The natural beaches that are within walking distance have too much debris; we cleaned up the plastic on the house beach on the first day, but the water is very clean. Kilometers of beautiful sandy and pebble beaches can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The area lacks historically grown villages, like in the Peloponnese. The towns seem to consist only of vacation homes, supermarkets, and taverns. Ormos can be forgotten, Sarti was better. When there was no running water one day, Jassu immediately helped. The craftsman came the same day and also solved the problem - perfect. We would love to travel there again.

The house has a beautiful location with a wide view over the coast and the sea. However, it was very difficult to find because the description was inaccurate and misleading. The hostess had to wait 1 1/2 hours for us and was only moderately friendly as a result. We did not learn her name, nor did we know who to contact if we had locked ourselves out. The cabinets and drawers were full of odds and ends and left-behinds from previous guests. It needs a thorough clean-out. The cabinets were full of blankets and bedding and offered storage space for a maximum of 2 people with medium luggage. We found it extremely stingy that we didn't get any toilet paper. The private beach was full of plastic waste. Otherwise, the location compensates fully for the above limitations, even though you need a car for everything (beach, shopping, eating). In our second week, we found a place on the spot that was better maintained and more affordable.

Beautiful apartment with a dream view. The house - with the two apartments - is a small dream. Every evening, you have a sensational sunset. Everything is well-kept, clean, and equipped with many nice details. The landlords are extremely friendly, helpful, and have enriched our vacation. We felt very comfortable and will certainly visit this wonderful spot again. It should be noted that there are 2 wonderful coves right next to the house, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Otherwise, you should rent a car. There are wonderfully beautiful beaches, coves, taverns all over the peninsula... You should also consider renting a boat (also possible without a license). We were fortunate enough to see dolphins, which was of course the absolute highlight. Thank you for the lovely time we were able to spend in your house.

This property is absolutely stunning in every way! Descriptions and pictures exactly match what travelers can expect. We felt very comfortable there. The owner has created a paradise without unnecessary frills, but still with all the necessary comforts. The fantastic location is spiced up with wonderful views, complete interior furnishings, charming design details, cozy-private atmosphere, and above all, something that is rare in Greece, taste! The house is beautifully located on a large plot on a kind of rocky promontory that extends into the sea. We inhabited the apartment on the 1st floor and had a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is furnished with a mix of vintage and new furniture, some of which are showing signs of age, and some individual pieces are very pretty - the style is, as always, a matter of taste. Unfortunately, the drain in the bathroom had a rather musty smell. We also had to battle with wasps, and breakfast and lunch on the balcony were unfortunately not possible. From the house, you can reach the private beach of the neighbors in a few minutes, which you can and should use because it is beautifully located. The water is very shallow, and swimming there is possible even with small children. The wonderful bay of Lagonisi can also be reached in 5 minutes by car and is highly recommended for swimming. The landlords are very nice and speak German and English.

We were a family with two children in the upper apartment. The location is beautiful and from the terrace you have a great view (sunset) of the sea and the opposite countryside. On the small peninsula, you are outside of the otherwise relatively touristic area. You have a very good starting point to explore Sithonia and can then retreat to your quiet home. The two beaches that can be reached on foot within a few minutes are wonderful. Both beaches are not very crowded. We especially liked the small pebble beach because you have it all to yourself - no visitor boats either. The hosts are very, very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. We felt very welcome. Many thanks to Vangelis and his wife. The beautiful house is located in a large private garden with lots of greenery. There is an outdoor grill and two outdoor showers here - the latter very convenient after visiting the beach. The vacation apartment is very well maintained and the furnishings are actually a bit outdated. For us, that was not a problem because everything is in order, well-equipped, and well-kept. If you are not used to the heat in midsummer, you will wish for air conditioning at night. Luckily, there was always a bit of wind and thanks to mosquito protection, you can keep the windows open. The ceiling fans at least provide some cooling. Overall, we really liked it and we would love to come back.

We were five people staying in the upstairs apartment for two weeks and had a very nice stay. The location is very quiet and is a great starting point for excursions. The grill is perfect, the rooftop terrace has a great view, and the private beach is only two minutes away. Since nothing else is provided for daily life besides towels, soap, and toilet paper, you should buy salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee, etc. on the way to the apartment. The advantage of the upstairs apartment is the view from the terrace and fewer ants, but the downstairs apartment has the advantage of being right in the garden and having a covered terrace when it rains.

It was great again. We stayed for the fifth time at Aspro Spiti 2 and it certainly won't be the last time. Pure relaxation. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed with a panoramic view from the balcony of the sea and daily sunsets over the mountains. When the sun sets and the lights come on on the other side of the seaside, it's just indescribably beautiful. We already miss it. Everything you need is on site. The landlords are always available and/or on site and we are already looking forward to seeing them again.

The equipment of the apartment is very basic and outdated. We were here at the end of October and had the beaches to ourselves. If the lower apartment had been rented out at the same time, we would have found it disturbing. The view from the terrace is sensational. We felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is great, a good starting point to explore Chalkidiki by car. After a week, cleaning was done and the bed linen and towels were changed. We had a nice, relaxing vacation.

It was simply dreamy beautiful. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is incredible, the accommodation itself has everything you need including a washing machine. We felt very comfortable. The landlords, who also speak German, are very kind and helpful, give tips on where to eat well, etc. A special plus of this accommodation are the 3 beaches within walking distance. Especially on the beach that can be reached via stone steps from the garden, we were often alone, as access goes through 2 private properties and thus hardly any other tourists get lost there. However, since many motorboats travel along the coast, it may happen that they come into the bay and anchor there for a while, but that did not bother us. Wearing bathing shoes is recommended, as there are a few sea urchins, but the water is simply wonderful, clear, partly turquoise, the children have dived for hours and watched fish.

The house, property, location and view are fantastic. The furnishings do not need to hide from Central European standards either. Nevertheless, there were a few small downers: For one thing, the cleanliness left a little to be desired. We did not have the impression that the flat was thoroughly cleaned when we took it over. It was just about swept clean. Then the bedroom wardrobe was a bit mouldy on the inside of the back wall and smelled of mould. We therefore preferred not to put our clothes in it. And finally, there was the irrigation system in the garden. It started every morning at 6:30 a.m. and we woke up every time because of the considerable noise. Perhaps the timer should be set to a more holiday-friendly time. But all in all it was a wonderful, quiet and relaxing holiday in the last week of September. The location and view of the flat easily compensated us for the few inconveniences. Moreover, there were hardly any tourists, almost empty streets, shops, beaches and restaurants - and always wonderful weather.

The natural beaches within walking distance have too much flotsam and jetsam, we first cleared the house beach of plastic on the first day, but water very clean. Kilometres of beautiful sandy-pebbly beaches within a few minutes drive. The area lacks historic villages, as in the Peloponnese. The villages seem to consist only of holiday homes, supermarkets and tavernas. You can forget Ormos, Sarti was better. When there was no tap water one day, Jassu helped immediately. The repairman came the same day and also solved the problem - perfect. We would gladly go there again.

The house is tastefully and practically furnished, with 2 beautiful terraces with sensational views over the garden, the sea and the opposite coast. The garden (almost a park) is a dream, with many places to sit in the shade and lie down. The house is in an absolutely quiet location. There are 3 small bays within walking distance (5-10 min) for swimming before breakfast. Wonderful turquoise and crystal clear water - with stones some sea urchins, so take bathing shoes! Nice tavernas in the nearby village. Nice excursions on the peninsula with more great bathing bays. Perfect all round - special thanks to the perfectly German-speaking and very friendly owners!!!

Through the neighbouring property (allowed!) you can reach an even nicer sandy beach within three minutes, surrounded by interesting rock formations. Even in high season, the area should not be overcrowded (only scattered, spacious holiday homes, no large hotels). The proximity to the fishing village of Ormos Panagias, where the recommendable taverna Ariston is also open early in the year, is favourable. Aspro Spiti also seems to be a good starting point for excursions (north of Sithonia and thus somewhat closer to the "mainland"). Very nice contact with the landlords (on the phone).

We were thrilled by the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the loggia over the bay. We had the beach 200m away almost to ourselves. We found everything we needed in the flat. The laundry was changed by a very friendly Greek woman and the flat was cleaned. We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed it very much.

We stayed at Aspro Spiti2 in July. It was our fourth time and it won't be our last. It was fantastic. The house is beautifully situated on the peninsula of Lagonissi with a view of the sea all around. It is simply wonderful for relaxing. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. A few metres down the hill you have 3 bathing bays, you don't have to leave the peninsula except to go shopping or to the restaurant. The flat has everything you need, we felt at home again. The owners were on site and took care of everything. We would have loved to stay longer. But we will be back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Aspro Spiti and we will certainly go there again. The location and the view are priceless and perfect to completely relax. The flat has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The welcome on our arrival was warm and friendly as always. The landlords are always eager to give us an unforgettable holiday and are also always available. You can swim and snorkel directly in the three bays below the house. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings beautiful to look at. The Mediterranean garden is a feast for the eyes. What more could you want? We will be back :)

The house is beautifully situated on a large plot of land on a kind of rocky outcrop that extends into the sea. We stayed in the flat on the first floor and had a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is furnished with a mixture of vintage and new furniture, some of it looks a bit dated and some of it is very nice - the style is, as always, a matter of taste. The drain in the bathroom unfortunately smelled quite musty.
Unfortunately, we also had to fight with the wasps and breakfast and lunch on the balcony was unfortunately not possible.
From the house you can reach the private beach of the neighbours in a few minutes, which you can and should use, because it is beautifully situated. The water is shallow and bathing is possible even with small children. The wonderful bay of Lagonisi can also be reached in 5 minutes by car and is absolutely recommended for swimming.
The landlords are very nice and speak German and English.

You should also consider renting a boat (you don't need a driving licence). We had the pleasure of seeing dolphins, which was of course the absolute highlight.

You can reach a sandy beach in a beautiful bay in a few minutes on foot and have it almost to yourself.
