Classified information: Mountains of Madness Expedition Report
Day 1: Arrived at base camp safely, gear in good condition. Weather clear, ideal for exploration.
Day 2: Started ascent towards the main peak. Encountered difficult terrain, but managed to progress steadily. Establishment of high camp successful.
Day 3: Reached the summit, breathtaking views. Discovered ancient ruins at the peak. Proceeding cautiously for further exploration.

Very nice holiday home,
very well equipped with everything you need. Domburg is just a few minutes away, we did a lot of cycling. Highly recommended.

great little house with a lot of love for the detail
We liked it there very much, the equipment was perfect. The beds are very comfortable, the upstairs toilet adjacent to the bedroom is optimal. There were insect screens on the windows in the bedroom, so we could leave the windows open at night. The furniture was chosen with love, there was really nothing missing. We were welcomed with wine and cold drinks in the fridge.
We had our own bicycles with us, so we could easily reach the approx. 2 km to Domburg.
We also had two bikes from the landlord at our disposal. The location is quiet, we could have breakfast every morning on the beautiful terrace. Unfortunately we only spent 3 nights in the beautiful cottage, we would like to come back and enjoy the time there a little longer. Thank you very much for everything.

Dream vacation home ?
The holiday cottage is very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. The equipment (especially in the kitchen) is very extensive and we hardly missed anything or already had the missing parts with us.
We actually felt like in a hotel because the rental price included (sufficient) toilet paper, hand and shower towels, the bed (by the way, very comfortable) was also made, there was soap in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. Hand sanitizer, kitchen towels and roll, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish brush and cloth, and even coffee filters and a small selection of teas were also there.
The reception was very nice (including welcome drinks) and even though the landlords live right next door, we had a lot of privacy.
The couch was also very comfortable and the one-sided pull-out function was really ingenious.
The village of Aagtekerke is very idyllic and a good starting point for many great trips.
Two bicycles were also provided free of charge.
All of this is not self-evident and for us, it was the most beautiful holiday home that we have had in the past 5 years in Holland.
We were thrilled and would definitely book the house again if we should travel to this region again.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus,
sehr gut ausgestattet alles was man braucht. Domburg ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen ,haben sehr viele Radtouren unternommen. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung war perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die obere Toilette angrenzend an das Schlafzimmer optimal. Im Schlafzimmer gab es an den Fenstern Insektenschutz, so konnten wir die Fenster nachts auflassen. Die Möbel waren mit Liebe ausgesucht, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir einen Wein und kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank.
Wir hatten unseren eigenen Fahrräder mit, so konnten wir die ca. 2 km nach Domburg leicht erreichen.
Uns standen aber auch zwei Fahrräder vom Vermieter zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der schönen Terrasse frühstücken. Leider haben wir nur 3 Nächte in dem schönen Häuschen verbracht, wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen und die Zeit dann dort etwas länger genießen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Das Ferienhäuschen ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (insbesondere in der Küche) ist sehr umfangreich und wir haben kaum etwas vermisst bzw. hatten die fehlenden Teile eh schon dabei.
Wir haben uns eigentlich wie in einem Hotel gefühlt, denn im Mietpreis enthalten waren (ausreichend) Toilettenpapier, Hand- & Duschtücher, Bett (übrigens sehr bequem) war auch bezogen, Seife war in beiden Bädern und in der Küche vorhanden. Handdesinfektionsmittel, Küchentücher & -rolle, Spültabs, Spüli, Spülbürste & -tuch und sogar Kaffeefilter & eine kleine Auswahl an Tees waren auch da.
Der Empfang war sehr nett (inkl. Begrüßungsgetränken) und obwohl die Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen, hatten wir sehr viel Privatsphäre.
Die Couch war auch sehr bequem und die einseitige Auszugsfunktion echt genial.
Der Ort Aagtekerke ist sehr idyllisch und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge.
Es wurden auch 2 Fahrräder unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
Alles nicht selbstverständlich und für uns war es das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir in den letzten 5 Jahren in Holland hatten.
Wir waren begeistert und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir mal wieder in diese Region reisen sollten.
