Bookings are also possible in the high season (May to September) for at least 5 days (with arrival on Saturday); please always inquire before booking.
Enjoy the location on the outskirts of the village of Uttum (in the Krummhörn), the proximity to the tourist hotspot Greetsiel, and at the same time the village idyll far from the hectic everyday life.

With us, you can take a break from stressful everyday life.
In our "Lüttje Tichelhuus" (small brick house), up to 6 people – plus 1 small child – can find peace and relaxation.
In the 3 separate bedrooms (1 box spring bed downstairs with separate child’s bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed and separate seating areas) – you can not only rest at night, but also retreat during the day. An information folder, as well as games and books, are available for you. In addition to the 24m² living room with a cozy couch and two comfortable armchairs as well as satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and Bluetooth radio on the ground floor, you can also make yourself comfortable in the dining room, for example, or retreat upstairs; the upstairs rooms each have a music system or a Bluetooth box as well as satellite TV (subject to availability). The kitchen, directly adjacent to the dining room, is equipped with ample inventory, and from the rear room with microwave and an additional refrigerator with freezer compartment, you have short distances to your supplies.
Through a small hallway, you reach the "daylight" bathroom from the dining room, with walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet.
In the annex, there is a washing machine and the possibility to dry your laundry. In the converted garage, you can easily store bicycles or bulky items directly from your car, or even a bicycle trailer.
You park your car directly at the house.
Smoking is prohibited in our "Lüttje Tichelhuus." Smokers are welcome to use one of the two terraces or the garden.
The service fee of €150 includes final cleaning as well as towels, bed linen, and good Wi-Fi. If you would like to briefly charge your e-bikes, this is possible after prior notification to us or after consultation, provided this is done under supervision. Please inform us as landlords about this for insurance reasons.

in case of cancellation between your down payment and the payment of the so-called "remaining amount" (14 days before your respective holiday), the €100 down payment is to be regarded purely as cancellation costs.

Dear guests, When you book a holiday with us, we only require a small flat-rate deposit of €100, which must be paid promptly. This amount serves as a security deposit for us and is considered due in any case if you cancel before the following deadlines. After your holiday, the initial security deposit amount will be fully refunded, provided everything is left in a clean and proper condition. You will pay the "remaining amount" only 14 days before your scheduled holiday. If you cancel unexpectedly thereafter (14 days prior to arrival), 50% of the payment will be considered as cancellation fees. Simply perfect
We spent 4 weeks in this great HOLIDAY HOME. EVERYTHING IS REALLY THOUGHT OF THAT YOU NEED. THE FURNISHINGS ARE VERY LOVELY DESIGNED. THE HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN, YOU CAN JUST FEEL GOOD. THE GARDEN IS ALSO VERY BEAUTIFULLY LAID OUT, OUR LITTLE DOG AND WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LANDLORDS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. A COMPLETELY SUCCESSFUL HOLIDAY, WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN AND ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.

Beautiful holiday home
We took a week's vacation in this beautiful holiday home in April and felt very comfortable. The house is very large, so everyone can retreat and enjoy their peace. The beds were great; we slept exceptionally well here. The rooms upstairs are very cute, everything is furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a small garden with a lawn at the front by the street where you can sit nicely. Unfortunately, the noise from the main road is somewhat disturbing, but we knew about that from the reviews here beforehand, so it was completely fine for us. You can quickly get to Greetsiel and to a shopping area where you have everything you need (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kik, Rossmann...). The contact with the Klein family was exceptionally nice; all my questions were answered quickly and kindly, and we were really very happy with the "welcome," especially the children. We definitely want to come back and gladly recommend the house.

Highly recommended
The holiday home was just as described in the advertisement. It was excellently equipped, and we felt very comfortable. Since we had traveled with a dog, we really enjoyed the completely secure fenced garden. The landlords were very nice and helpful and easily reachable by phone. Overall, it was a successful vacation that was very relaxing. Next year, we would love to come back.

Pure relaxation
The first impression when we arrived was that we would stay here longer. The house is super clean, very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything (really) everything you need. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place, and the beds also contribute to it. As we are cycling enthusiasts, we were particularly impressed by the secure storage and space for e-bikes. The cycling paths start right at the doorstep. The garden with its fish pond is also a highlight. Conclusion: we have found our home in Northern Germany, and will be back soon.
