We look forward to welcoming many old and new guests.
Bookings are - not least due to the Corona Pandemic - only possible from Saturday to Saturday
Further restrictions by the legislator are possible.
Enjoy the proximity to the tourist stronghold of Greetsiel in the outskirts of the village of Uttum (in the Krummhörn) and at the same time the village idyll far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

With us you can take time out from the stressful everyday life.
In our "Lüttje Tichelhuus" (small brick house) up to 6 people - plus 1 toddler can find peace and relaxation. The beds are already made up for the number of people booked as standard on arrival. In the 3 separate sleeping rooms (1 box-spring bed downstairs with separate cot and 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed and separate seating) - you can not only relax at night, but also retreat during the day.
Children up to the age of 2 stay in their parents' bedroom free of charge.
An information folder, as well as games and books are at your disposal.
In addition to the 24m² living room with a cosy couch and two comfortable armchairs as well as satellite TV and Blue-Ray player on the ground floor, you can also make yourself comfortable in the dining room, for example, or retreat upstairs.
The kitchen directly adjoining the dining room is equipped with plenty of inventory and from the rear room with microwave and an additional fridge with freezer compartment you have short ways to your supplies.
A small hallway leads from the dining room to the "daylight" bathroom with floor-level shower, bathtub and WC.
In the annex you will find a washing machine and the possibility to dry your laundry. In the converted garage you can easily store bicycles or bulky items directly from your car or even a bicycle trailer.
You can park your car directly at the house.
Smoking is prohibited in our "Lüttje Tichelhuus". Smokers are welcome to use one of the two terraces or the garden.
From 15.03.2021 the service fee of 100,-€ includes the final cleaning as well as towels and bed linen and good WLAN
Start a Krummhörn bike tour directly from the bike path in front of the holiday home. We have two bicycles in the garage for those on short notice and will be happy to help you organise any additional bicycles through local providers.
From 15.03.2021 we offer a shopping service, more details on request.

In addition to our Moderate Cancellation Conditions, we offer the Corona Cancellation as an exceptional refund;
in case of a re-entry ban into the federal state of Lower Saxony or the municipality of Krummhörn on your travel date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made; in case of a deposit in the amount of the service fee, you will receive half of it at short notice.
However, as we are not yet able to show next year's prices on this portal, we apologise for this.
As the current situation will also affect our prices for the next season, we would like to inform you that the price for the 3rd person will increase to 12,-€/day for planning purposes.
From our side, this is the only possible adjustment as long as the energy prices do not rise to "infinity".
It is conceivable that the municipality of Krummhörn will also adjust its tax statutes, but this will probably only become clear in January 23.

Holiday in the holiday home
We had a relaxing vacation in the vacation home, detached, fenced garden for the dogs, everything we wanted and needed was available. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, very easy to reach via email, it was a successful vacation.
We would love to come back and recommend your house.

Relaxation in the Krummhörn
The holiday home is very cozy and tastefully furnished. From there, you can start many activities. Unfortunately, a detour passed the holiday home, so the road in front of the house was very noisy. However, we would like to spend our vacation there again, because this house has everything you need.

It was nice!
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for 14 days. The equipment actually offers everything that is needed. The terrace and garden are furnished with seating options and invite you to linger. The property is fenced and so our Golden Retriever also had fun. The hosts are super nice. Everything was okay here. We will remember the address and will definitely visit the beautiful holiday home again.

Nice summer vacation
Whoever wants to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation is exactly right in this house.
Very nice and dedicated hosts.
The house is equipped with everything needed for a good vacation and very clean.
The shopping possibilities can be reached easily by car but also by bicycle.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment Lüttje Tichelhuus. We went on a bike vacation and got to know many beautiful bike paths. It was a successful vacation. Thanks to our landlords. We would take the apartment again.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten leider nur die Möglichkeit eine Woche dort zu verbringen, aber die war Klasse!
Das Haus war bei Übergabe blitzblank geputzt, obwohl wir schon um 14.30 vor Ort waren. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und umgängliche Menschen, die stets um ihr Wohl bedacht sind. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum normalen Kochen benötigt und manches im Vergleich zu anderen mehr. Die Schlafzimmer sind oben mit TV und für die Eltern unten ohne. Alle SZ sind mit Boxspringbetten unterschiedlicher Härte ausgestatten, sodass man sicher eines findet welches einem recht ist.
Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, hat ein Fenster, Badewanne und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Wäschepakete waren ausreichen und gut. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig, so dass Mama und Papa im Sessel Fernsehen können und andere Mitbewohner auf der schönen Couch mit Ottomane entspannen können, lesen oder spielen. Die Vermieter haben einige kindgerechte Filme und Spiele vor Ort im Haus, da kann man einen oder zwei Tage Schietwetter auch ohne zwingenden Schwimmbad oder Museumsbesuch aushalten (Wir hatten kein Schietwetter ;-)). Alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll dekoriert, Respekt an Frau Ukena -Klein die das alles immer putzen muss. Der Garten gliedert sich in einen Vorgarten mit Teich (Futterpatenschaften sind erwünscht), einer Sitzgruppe, sowie einer kleinen Bank neben dem Teich. Der hintere Garten hat eine Sitzgruppe mit Sichtschutz und freundlichem Nachbar, wo man grillen und draussen schön essen kann. Des Weiteren befinden sich dort ein Strandkorb und zwei Sonnenliegen . Sollte wie bereits oben erwähnt, das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen oder es wird einem zu frisch mit Brise, ist im Anbau zur Garage eine innenliegende wetterunabhängige Sitzgruppe. Wer möchte kann seine Wäsche vor Ort waschen selbst ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden.
Die beiden Gärten sind komplett eingefriedet, damit kann der Urlaub auch mit Vierbeiner stressfrei stattfinden.

Sehr nette Vermieter
Sehr netter Empfang der Hauseigentümer.
Alles im Haus, was man braucht.
Lage ist okay, ca. 5 km zum Einkaufen.
Landstraße führt am Haus vorbei, ist aber nicht stark befahren.
Uns hat's nicht sehr gestört.
Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen !

Sehr gemütlich
Das Haus ist absolut großartig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und von guter Qualität. Komfortabel mit drei Fernsehern. Rückzug möglich. Lage ist zentral für viele Unternehmungen im Umkreis. Allein die Straße stört ein wenig. Aber wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!
