Description
Whichever window you look out of, you have a magnificent view from above, of the harbour and the legendary Bodden. With the view into the distance across the water, to the Baltic Sea and the Darß, you will find the tranquillity that people are born with up here. Watch the migration of the cranes in autumn, the seagulls on the sailboats or just grandma and grandpa enjoying a fish sandwich down there and you forget all your worries. With a glass of wine in your hand, you can enjoy great sunrises or sunsets.
How indifferent is wifi or a second TV. But our 60 sqm, comfortably furnished flat, finished to the latest standard in 2020, has all this. Maybe it's stormy and you don't want to go outside, then enjoy all the advantages you will find in the flat. The soundproof windows keep out all the noise.
When the weather is nice, small cafés and restaurants (also on the ground floor of the Speicher) invite you to the harbour or the small historic old town 150 m away. You should take every opportunity to experience the unique acoustics in the church.
Whether it's a fish sandwich or a cocktail, the star cuisine of the Speicher or a kebab, you'll find it all on your doorstep. Do you like the hustle and bustle of the holiday centre par excellence?
The excursion boat to Zingst departs practically on your doorstep (even with a bicycle).
You want to be independent? Then rent a bike or boat and explore the surroundings. If you bring your own bike, there is a bicycle room with charging facilities for e-bikes.

Arrive and not want to leave anymore
Absolutely amazing apartment, it corresponds in every way to the description, it is even better in person. Everything is very tastefully furnished, clean, great covered parking, the elevator makes it convenient and suitable for all ages, but the highlight is the fantastic panoramic view. We were there over New Year's Eve, it was a dream. I was constantly looking around, there was always something to see. The fog had cleared up due to the wind. I didn't get around to knitting. I missed a tiny little lamp in the couch corner for reading, but the floor lamp was all the more beautiful. I left a small lighter for the candles in the cutlery drawer. The old town was nice for a little stroll and to have coffee, and definitely for eating at Moppi in Vinetablick. We ate there every evening. Thank you very much, we would love to return to this great apartment. Already recommended to acquaintances.

Beautiful special apartment
The description and pictures of the apartment match 100 percent. It is truly special, very clean, modern, and furnished with many loving details; nothing is lacking. We felt comfortable right away. And the view of the lagoon from all the windows is fantastic.
There is a private parking space in a parking deck and a large bike cellar.
Booking through Ms. Sonnenberger was uncomplicated and very friendly. If we vacation in the area again, it will be in this apartment.

Special holiday flat
Besides the very beautiful flat with tasteful furnishings, the flat has such aoooo beautiful view. You can sit on a bench in front of the window and look at the Booden, watch the clouds and see the cranes flying past the window. In the morning, like in the evening. You don't need a television.

Unique accommodation, a dream!!!
Everything just fits here. The flat is a dream. There is a parking space for each flat, so parking is no problem. We spent a few days in this great flat, which leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the harbour and the Bodden is unique. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is lovingly decorated in a maritime style and you feel at home from the first minute. Whenever we come back to Barth, this flat will definitely be our home again. Many thanks to the Sonnenberger family for the friendly welcome.
