The gorgeous and modern villa Nikoleta in Nedešćina is 5.5 km away from the charming town of Labin.
The large pool in the fenced garden is a real refuge from stress and city noise.

On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms.
The entire interior is air conditioned - air conditioners are located in the living room and in each bedroom.
