A holiday in our modern and bright comfort holiday flat in the Deichschlösschen means combining comfort with a stay in the fresh, healthy North Sea air - in every season. We make sure of that with our holiday flat. Guaranteed!

This is how we have equipped our flat (incl. own beach chair) for you:
- combined living/dining room with folding sofa bed (140 m wide), 2 armchairs, chest of drawers, games and books
- Sea view of the main dyke and the Obereversand lighthouse (from the dining table)
- Flat screen TV with 3 Sky channels, radio with CD player, USB sockets, free WLAN and telephone (to German landlines) ...
- Kitchen: hob, extractor fan, wall cupboard, fridge with ***freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, sufficient crockery, pots, pans, ...
- Large bedroom: double bed with health mattresses, wardrobe, shelves, flat screen TV, children's travel cot, all windows can be darkened (also in the living room)
- Bathroom: washbasin, shower and WC, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, shelf, tiled floor and walls
- Hallway: large built-in cupboard, hoover ...

No carpet!

Next to the Deichschlösschen there is a bakery, seasonally also a grocery shop. Restaurants are in the house or only a few steps away. The bicycle rental is across the street. Electric bikes can also be booked!
4 washing machines and 4 tumble dryers are next door, washing coins are available on site.

It is only about 300 m to the beach. In the beach area there is another children's playhouse and the "Watt'n Bad" adventure pool with wave pool, large bubble pool, indoor pool, toddler areas and giant slides (in summer) and indoor pool, toddler area, plunge pool and barrel saunas (in winter), as well as the National Park House with numerous activities
From spring to autumn, many stalls offer "treats" in the harbour area.

Location and surroundings of object

Our cosy and bright holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of the Deichschlösschen directly behind the dyke in Dorum-Neufeld in direct proximity to the cutter harbour and year-round swimming pool. From here you can reach everything in short walking distance
The existing infrastructure, the daily staffed reception of the holiday park, hotel sauna and activities of all kinds for young and old make a holiday for holiday guests a relaxing experience. Even out of season, families with their children or couples with or without "dog attachments" like to come here

The coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. It is only 6 km to the next larger village of Dorum. There you will find numerous other shopping facilities.

COVID-19
Good morning, dear guests,
the state of Lower Saxony and the state of Bremen allow accommodation for travel with a touristic and business background under certain conditions.
For arrivals, we ask you to observe the following conditions (3G):

Every guest over the age of 18 must present one of the following proofs upon arrival:
a qualified, negative Coronatest, which is not older than 24 hours, or
a vaccination certificate showing that they have been fully vaccinated or a valid certificate of recovery.

additional information about rental price:

The price includes: Flatrate: free telephone to the German fixed network /WLAN Internet.
In high season and holiday season only bookable by the week (or longer), arrival Saturday.
- Not included (to be paid on site): Visitor's tax of the spa administration incl. free admission to the adventure pool (in the season),
- Dog/pet on request: 7 €/day each (maximum 2 pets per accommodation unit)
- Linen, if desired

The prices refer to the whole flat for all indicated persons and not per person!
For a fixed booking we need: Booking period (from ...- to ...) - Name and address (also e-mail address) (f. invoice address) - Number of persons
Day of arrival: in the peak season Saturday at least 1 week, otherwise daily (also different duration) depending on availability

Deposit
A deposit of 100,- € will be charged for each booking. The deposit serves as security in case of damage or lack of cleaning. If no damage has occurred, the deposit will be refunded in full as soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after departure, by bank transfer. Damage that is discovered by our staff after departure will be charged against the deposit.

Cancellation terms:

Information on Cancellation Policies Should there be a further lockdown ordered by the government, or should accommodations be allowed only for guests from Lower Saxony (and you are from another federal state), your booking will be canceled free of charge. You can then choose whether you: a) would like to book at a different time, b) would like to receive a voucher, or c) would like a full refund of the rental price without deductions. In the event that you cannot travel due to personal reasons (illness, accident, car damage, etc.), we are happy to offer you travel cancellation insurance at a cost of 29 euros, which covers all eventualities.
