This is how we have equipped our flat (incl. own beach chair) for you:
- Combined living/dining room with comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people, 1.60 m wide, bed height), 2 leather armchairs, large chest of drawers with lots of games, dining table and chairs, children's high chair, HD flat screen TV with 3 Sky programmes, radio with CD player, USB sockets, free WLAN and telephone (to German landlines) ...

- Kitchen with comfort equipment: ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, wall cupboard, refrigerator with ***freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine (capsules available at the discounter in Dorum), toaster, egg boiler, kettle, sufficient dishes, pots, pans, ..
- Large bedroom: double bed with health mattresses, shelves, cot, linen chest, all windows can be darkened (also in the living room), flat screen TV
- Bathroom: washbasin, shower and WC, shelf, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, tiled floor and walls

Next to the Deichschlösschen there is a bakery, seasonally also a grocery shop. Restaurants are in the house or only a few steps away. The bicycle rental is across the street. Electric bikes can also be booked!
4 washing machines and 4 tumble dryers are next door, washing coins are available on site.
It is only about 300 m to the beach. In the beach area there is another children's playhouse and the "Watt'n Bad" adventure pool with wave pool, large bubble pool, indoor pool, toddler areas and giant slides (in summer) and indoor pool, toddler area, plunge pool and barrel saunas (in winter), as well as the National Park House with numerous activities. From spring to autumn, many stalls offer "treats" in the harbour area

Our cosy and bright comfort flat is located on the 2nd floor of the Deichschlösschen directly behind the dyke in Dorum-Neufeld.
The existing infrastructure, the daily staffed reception of the holiday park, hotel sauna, activities of all kinds for young and old, etc., make a holiday for holiday guests a relaxing experience. Senior citizens also like to come here with their grandchildren out of season
The coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld lies between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. It is only 6 km to the next larger village of Dorum. There you will find numerous other shopping facilities.

Large animation programme for everyone, children's playground directly behind the building, dog playground directly behind the house. Due to Corona, there is no animation and childcare at the moment. Please enquire on site about the activities on offer on the day.
