Description
Villa Desapemani is located in the heart of Istria on a fenced plot that offers complete peace and isolation from the outside world and accommodation for 4 + 1 people. With its large heated pool, summer kitchen with barbecue and trampoline in front of the house is guaranteed a great holiday for younger and older guests. It is modernly decorated and consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pantry, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Air conditioners are located in each room and in the living room (3 in total). The price includes free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and other websites.
Due to its location in 30 minutes drive you can reach Rovinj, Rabac or any other place on the coast of Istria.
Within 5 km there are beautiful promenades and bike paths, various attractions such as the Kingdom of Festina, the adrenaline park Glavani, shops, cafes, churches, agritourism, restaurants ...

Zminj is a small place with about 3000 inhabitants. Geographically, it is located in the center of Istria, so it is very easy to get anywhere in the center or on the coast of Istria. In half an hour you can walk around Rovinj, drink cocktails in Rabac or eat truffles and listen to the story of Veli Joža in Motovun. The possibilities are endless. A loving house in complete tranquility
This house was found as described. Everything very well thought out and high quality. Upon our arrival, the refrigerator was filled with a great plate of Istrian delicacies, such as ham and cheese, and drinks. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute. The house and the entire complex were in an extremely clean condition. The decor was tasteful and lovingly arranged. There were 2 large mirrors available, which is important for me as a woman. The pool was first class and is regularly cleaned. The outdoor area was very well maintained, and we enjoyed grilling there and enjoying the wonderful peace. We were hardly out during these 3 weeks because we could really relax there. The landlords were very accommodating and friendly. High praise goes to both Dann and Nikolina, who could explain everything to us in English at any time, and Nikolina recommended us great tips for excursions.
A thoroughly relaxing vacation in a super accommodation.
We look forward to the time until next year.

Very nice vacation, GREAT hosts!
We were there in June for about 3 weeks and felt very comfortable.
The communication with Nikolina was flawless! Nikolina's parents warmly welcomed us. It was great that there were a few things in the fridge so that we didn't have to go shopping again on the same day after a 48-hour journey. When our then 11-month-old daughter had a high fever, they immediately contacted the hospital in Pula and organized an appointment. As I said, absolutely wonderful people!!!
The house, as well as the garden/pool, were clean and the pool was cleaned every 2 days by Dean.
From our perspective, there was nothing missing in terms of equipment.
We would come back.

Simply ingenious
Hello first of all
We have been warmly welcomed by the owners ,the fridge with everything you need for the first evening and a breakfast fresh bread homemade cake ,just great and thanks for that. The house is a dream, the layout is very well done, the bathrooms, the furniture, the garden furniture, the couch, finally something nice and comfortable, the beds. You can see the love for detail. The outdoor kitchen with the plancha grill and the sink is very practical. The outdoor area is a dream with the covered terrace with the canfanar columns, the pool is really great for swimming and relaxing.
In order to explore Istria, this is exactly the right place, within a radius of 30-40km you can reach almost all the places quite quickly, and there is wonderful cycling in the immediate vicinity

Relaxed family vacation in the amazing Villa Desapemani
We spent 3 great weeks at Villa Desapemani. The description of the house corresponds 100% to reality, everything was there. The house is located quietly in the small village, and due to its proximity to the town of Zminj, all shopping possibilities are given. Since Zminj is relatively central in Istria, you can get to the interesting places of Porec, Rovinj, and Pula within 20 to 40 minutes. Dean and his wife take very loving care of the house and were always helpful. We can absolutely recommend the house.

Perfect accommodation
We spent three weeks in this beautiful house and enjoyed our holiday very much.
Already on arrival we were spoiled culinary by our hosts. Many thanks also for the other sweet attentions during the holiday.
Perfectly equipped house, very clean and large pool - a place to relax
For us the location was ideal - very quiet, well suited for hiking and sightseeing.
