Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday house is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. There are 2 buildings on the property for a total of 12 people. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
