Description
The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet. Separate WC with toilet.
