Description

. Our holiday apartment 1, with a size of 110 sqm, is located on the upper floor and is cozily furnished in country house style. Here, up to 6 people have space for a wonderful family holiday. The apartment consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 x 1 double bed, 1 x 2 single beds that can also be combined as a double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and WC, and a separate guest WC. From the holiday apartment you can enjoy the view over the fields, the garden, and the courtyard framed by lime trees. The garden can be used as well and offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. Our former farmhouse is located 2 km from the Baltic Sea beach, which is free of tourist tax. Furnishings:
- Cozy large living room with sofa, armchair, wicker chairs, display cabinets, flat-screen TV, and view of the garden and the courtyard framed by linden trees
- Satellite TV, CD radio, Wi-Fi access
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic stove and convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, as well as sufficient cookware and tableware, with a view over the fields and the garden
- 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and wicker chairs
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined into a double bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wicker chairs
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, display cabinet, chest of drawers (can also be used as a changing table), children's table and chairs
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer
- 1 guest WC with washbasin
- Large hallway with wardrobe and access to all rooms
- Non-smoking apartment

Location and surroundings of object

our house is located on the outskirts of Stakendorf. The sandy beach about 2 km away is free of charge and can only be reached on foot or by bicycle. Adjacent is a nature reserve where you can observe the species-rich waterfowl. Schönberg beach is about 2.5 km away and can also be reached by car. Parking spaces are available there. However, this beach is partly subject to a spa tax. The beaches Brazil and California also belong to Schönberger Strand.
