Description

Holiday house with private pool, fenced garden and covered barbecue terrace. The two-bedroom holiday home is located in the small village just a few minutes' drive from Labin and Rabac and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday. The property is completely fenced. In addition to modern furnishings with all the amenities one could wish for on vacation, the house has a large meadow that invites you to relax in the sun. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area and a private swimming pool (32m2).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the first floor. The fifth person sleeps on the additional sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) in the larger of the two bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. WiFi is available free of charge. There are three bicycles available for free, including one for children. Your landlords live in the neighborhood and are happy to help if you need anything. You can also buy home-made wine, schnapps, honey and delicious olive oil from them. Pets are welcome with an extra amount per dog and day - payable on site.

Location and surroundings of object

The romantic holiday resort Rabac is situated on the east coast of the Istrian region. The lively, friendly promenade along the entire town and the port form the centre of Rabac. For holiday home holidaymakers, you can either book early or take a sporty trip up the hill. Whichever you choose, the breathtaking view from the upper accommodations is worthwhile and compensates you for the short walk. The wonderful white pebble beaches of the village slope gently down into the crystal clear sea and are especially popular with families with children. In the evening, the restaurants, taverns and konobas along the promenade invite you to enjoy the excellent Mediterranean cuisine with a glass of wine, overlooking the sea.
