Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone and PC. Television reception is via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to mid-September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

Everything was just super nice. We had a really great holiday
in the Villa Family, Mateo the host was very nice, courteous and very helpful. We felt very comfortable and wanted for nothing. In a few minutes walk, we have reached restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely come back.

Large property with everything you need. Very nice and helpful landlord. Small minus because between other houses otherwise top and well maintained. We would book again!
