The standig individually holiday home, built in 2020 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), phone and pc. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of May to the beginning of November.

Large property with everything you need. Very nice and helpful landlord. Small minus because between other houses otherwise top and well maintained. We would book again!
