The holiday home, built in 1967 and renovated in 2023, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Sukošan. The holiday house is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via antenna, satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-free.

Weather perfect
Cottage perfect, practical and furnished with all the trimmings,
Owner really nice, and have brought immediate spare key and parasol.
Shopping just around the corner.
Center about 10 minutes walking.
Baden on foot only in the port area - there are beaches there though but not what we expected.
by car about 2 to 5 km there are wild beaches (stone) with crystal clear water.
