The holiday home, built in 1967 and renovated in 2023 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace and court.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property.

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via antenna, satellite.

Kitchen (8 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Cottage perfect, practical and furnished with all the trimmings,
Owner really nice, and have brought immediate spare key and parasol.
Shopping just around the corner.
Center about 10 minutes walking.
Baden on foot only in the port area - there are beaches there though but not what we expected.
by car about 2 to 5 km there are wild beaches (stone) with crystal clear water.

We find the fact a shame that nowhere in the description is it noted that d. Path to the beautiful beach, if you want to walk, first at a car wash and then over a very busy street. This is a very big problem for the family with the children.

Accommodation absolutely perfect assistant for accommodation pleasant and friendly, garden and outdoor seating příjemné.Okolí near the house a little worse, uncut and unkempt area. The nearest sea directly in Sukošanu was not very clean (the port for boats), so I did not use this beach and we rode about 2 miles to another beach where the sea was beautiful. Overall, we leave with 3 grandchildren very much. Thank you.

A complete package for acceptable price. The exclusive use and the completed property is ideal for a stay with your dog, which was already booking enter key importance. Note: The owners do not speak German, basic knowledge of English is strongly recommended.
