Description
Your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the detached house on a plot of about 800 sqm. So you will live here completely privately and individually, without the inconveniences of crowded, cramped apartment complexes. The lake, the free and very well-maintained local beach, and various lakeside restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
A parking space in front of the garage is available for you in front of the house.
A floor plan of the apartment can be found in the photo gallery. On two sun terraces, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a traditional granite table with benches are available for relaxing and socializing. Both terraces are surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees from the private garden and offer a breathtaking view of the lake, the valleys, and the mountains. You can prepare dinner on the available grill while enjoying what may be the most beautiful sunset on Lake Maggiore.
From the upper terrace, you enter the living room directly. From the comfortable sofas or the stylish dining area, you can once again enjoy the magnificent view of the lake through the large panoramic windows. Discreetly hidden in an antique sideboard is a large LED television (50 inches) with all common channels. Board games and novels are also available.

A wonderful vacation with great hosts
We were received very warmly, and the accommodation and the view are fantastic. The beach is easily reachable on foot, and the apartment is very well equipped. Would love to come back anytime.

Fantastically beautiful holiday
We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic, the sunsets simply spectacular. The flat is spacious and stylishly furnished, a real oasis of well-being. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant and uncomplicated
