Description
We offer our bright, comfortable holiday home for rent in a quiet, rural location with sufficient distance to the holiday resorts on our Butjadingen peninsula. Ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. Children also get their money's worth with plenty of room to run around. The two organic pigs are happy to be petted. There is a large tree house on the holiday home grounds. 3 cubic metres of sand are just waiting to be dug through. A large number of kettcars and trailers and excavators are available. And the one or other tractor tour with our 60-year-old McCormick is also possible...

High season: 01.04. - 31.10. as well as nationwide school holidays (remaining periods: low season)
Minimum rental period: 1 week or by arrangement (Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 11:00)
We have designed our flat true to my wife's motto: "...why should we be worse off on holiday than at home ..."

Location and surroundings of object
The rental property is in a rural location with sufficient distance to the holiday resorts on our Butjadingen peninsula. Nevertheless, you live relatively centrally: both the North Sea resort of Burhave and Nordenham and the Weser ferry to Bremerhaven are 8 km away and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Green, lush pastures with grazing cattle are located on the property's borders. The farm roads invite you to go for a walk or a bike ride. But you can also just rest and listen to the harmonious croaking of the frogs in our pond.

Vacation ❤️
We spent a few super beautiful and relaxing days in Butjadingen. The vacation house is modern and cozy. In the garden, you can wonderfully enjoy the peace and quiet. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The Kuhlmann family also took great care of us. Thank you very much!
A special highlight were the cuddling sessions with the pigs ?

Warm accommodation in an idyllic location.
We had a great short holiday with lots of action on the farm and friendly, likeable landlords. Our son had a lot of fun with the boys on the farm and was able to participate in plenty of "everyday" things such as collecting hay or feeding pigs.
The holiday home is very well equipped and nothing is missing.
There are plenty of leisure activities in the nearby area.

A place to feel good
The week in the Kuhlmann family's holiday home went by far too quickly. We felt completely at home right from the start
The flat is exceptionally high quality and tastefully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for daily cooking, and everything is very clean and well maintained! All the furnishings are ultra-modern and well thought out.
For our one-year-old daughter, there was a travel cot, a high chair and a step stool for the bathroom.
We didn't want for anything.
If you like country life, peace and quiet, nature and lots of space, you will feel right at home here. For our city kid, the pigs, chickens and frogs were an absolute highlight.
You won't get far here without a car. However, the location is so convenient that you can quickly reach your excursion destinations in all directions by car! The landlord's tips for excursions are very valuable, so you can plan your activities on the spot.
Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend this holiday home without reservation. Another plus is the very cordial landlords, who are always approachable. Despite the close proximity, you can enjoy your privacy thanks to the clever architecture.
In short, we are thrilled and will gladly come back!

A holiday to remember
A beautifully furnished, ground-level flat suitable for senior citizens with a lot of luxury. You have everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday. The Kuhlmann family is very nice and happy to provide tips and suggestions. There is also a folder in the flat with many brochures from the Butjadingen area and the surrounding area. You can go on very nice hikes and bike tours. It is a wonderful area and the climate has been good to us. We liked it very much and will come again next year. Dear family Kuhlmann, thank you for everything you have offered, stay healthy and see you next year.

Leuchtende Kinderaugen
Wir wohnten in einem top eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienhaus von Fam. Kuhlmann. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für unsere Kinder 2 und 4 war an Alles gedacht. Mein Sohn ist total verrückt nach Traktoren und Trampelautos. Deshalb waren die hier vorhandenen Spielzeuge inkl. Sandhaufen ein Traum für ihn. Er konnte die Schweine und Hühner füttern sowie mit dem Kettcar seine Runden auf den Feldwegen drehen. Die Anreise war etwas abenteuerlich und wir führen gefühlt täglich einen anderen Weg:-). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit zu erreichen und halfen. Alles in Allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.

Top Wohnung mit großem Grundstück zum Spielen
Wir hatten das große Glück eine Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Fam. Kuhlmann zu verbringen.
Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Für unseren Sohn (2Jahre) war das große Grundstück incl. Sandhaufen und vielen Sandspielsachen das Paradis. Wir sind außerdem in den Genuss einer 'romantischen' Traktortour (zum nächsten Nachbarn) gekommem.
Können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Great family vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
Beautiful accommodation away from the hotspots. Those seeking a great apartment and enjoying peace will find exactly what they are looking for here. The landlords next door are really nice and we immediately felt at home. Our son immediately found playmates to connect with. We will gladly come back.

Sommerurlaub in Butjadingen mit Kleinkind
Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein liebevoller und freundlicher Empfang. Heiner und Uschi Kuhlmann sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass es einem gut geht. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist ALLES vorhanden, eine Menge Platz und sehr sauber. Man spürt, dass sie erst im letzten Jahr hergerichtet wurde. Haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Unser Kurzer (3) war den ganzen Tag draußen und hat mit den Kuhlmann Jungs gespielt. Ob im Sand, bei den Schweinen, auf den Kinderfahrzeugen oder im Baumhaus... überall durfte er hin. Und die Höhepunkte waren die Traktorfahrten! Zum Strand fährt man halt ein paar Minuten, ohne Auto geht hier nix. Und die Feldwege sind gewöhnungsbedürftig... :-) dafür hat man viel Erholung!!!!
Urlaub bei den Kuhlmanns ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Erholung pur für Eltern und Kind
Wir durften eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Woche bei Familie Kuhlmann verbringen.
Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr begeistert, dort hat man sich einfach wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach nur top ! In jeglicher Hinsicht.
Die Umgebung hat uns auch gut gefallen, auch wenn man zum Meer mit dem Auto / Fahrrad fahren muss, aber das waren nur ein paar Minütchen. Man konnte sich mitten im Grünen einfach erholen und die Natur genießen. Für uns war es einfach perfekt . Wir konnten uns dort richtig erholen ! Familie Kuhlmann ist eine sehr herzliche und gastfreundliche Familie, bei der man sich wirklich wohlfühlt.Wenn wir Hilfe benötigt haben oder irgendwelche Informationen brauchten , waren sie sofort für uns da und konnten uns Tipps geben. Die gesamte Familie ging auch so herzlich mit unseren Mädchen um, sie haben mit Ihnen gespielt , wir durfte mit Ihnen eine Traktor Fahrt machen, haben zusammen ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und und und .
Auch die beiden Söhne sind sehr sehr liebevoll mit unsern Töchtern umgegangen und waren immer hilfsbereit.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen!

Familienurlaub
Ein tolles, helles Ferienhaus, super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man in einem gut ausgestatteten Haushalt braucht. Viel Grün drumherum und eine schöne Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

Kein Aufenthalt, lediglich Bewertung des Vermieters / der Vermieter
Wir hatten den Zeitraum für den 27.12.2020-02.01.2021 gebucht, sehr freundliche Chat Nachrichten und fürsorglicher Vermieter. Da es jetzt zu neuen Corona-Regelungen gekommen ist, ist es leider untersagt das Haus für Touristische Zwecke zu vermieten und somit fällt unser Urlaub aus. Der Vermieter hat bei dem Ortsansässigen Stellen nachgefragt und uns unverzüglich informiert. Problemlose Auflösung des Mietvertrages und direkte Rückerstattung des gesamten Betrages.

Erholung und Freiheit pur!
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Familie Kuhlmann war sehr Gastfreundlich und jederzeit Hilfsbereit!!! Wenn man einfach mal seine Ruhe haben möchte, und es einem nichts ausmacht immer ein bisschen Fahren zu müssen um sich was anzuschauen ist dies genau das richtige! Zum Fahrrad fahren ideal!!! Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!!!

Alles aber wirklich alles Bestens!
Wir haben eine Woche in den Herbstferien bei Fam. Kuhlmann in Ihrer neuen, luxuriös und großen Ferienwohnung wohnen dürfen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, die Lage sehr schön ruhig und unsere Kinder wurden wärmstens vom Kuhlmannschen Nachwuchs aufgenommen.
Die Woche war toll und wir werden wieder kommen.

We are a nature-loving late-bloomer family of 4. My wife and I both work. We speak German, English (only my wife), Plattdeutsch (mainly me) and with hands and feet We live right next door in the main house and are always approachable. We are a little different from the typical North German character: we are sociable and not taciturn, so we are not landlords. In the household there is a family dog (outdoor sleeper), which we can let keep watch either on the whole property or only in our garden. Furthermore, we have 2 organic pigs. We can also let them graze/bury in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home or at a sufficient distance. Important: the animals do not cause any odour nuisance! We have already had some experiences with holiday accommodation in the past and have made it our mission to show our guests that we can do it better
