Description
The diekblick holiday home is located directly on the dyke and consists of two completely modernised houses with upscale furnishings. You have approx. 300 sqm living space with 3 large lounges, 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 5 toilets at your disposal. A terrace of approx. 150 sqm in the back, surrounded by a well-kept garden (approx. 2000 sqm) with fruit trees. The rear property (approx. 15000 sqm) is largely left in its natural state and is enclosed by sieves. The Burhaversiel ends at the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The municipality of Butjadingen/Burhave is located between Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven, east of the Jadebusen and west of the Weser. Butjadingen/Burhave is surrounded by nature reserves and bird sanctuaries and lies directly on the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea. Once you have crossed the dike, the Wadden Sea can be easily reached and walked on.
Shopping facilities are about 5 minutes away by car in the centre of Burhave: baker, butcher, supermarkets ..... The nearest restaurant is about 200 m away, other restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Top house, very family-friendly.
We had a wonderful time and were very satisfied with everything around the house. The property and the house are very well maintained and absolutely family-friendly! Even with a climbing tower in the garden, which our 2-year-old immediately took possession of. The equipment of the house is as good as we have never experienced in a house before. This year the point "family-friendly" was especially important to us, so we were very positively surprised how well the house is equipped in this respect. Play tower, sandbox, board games, travel bed, own children's room, stair gate, high chairs, etc. Since both our children are still very young at almost 2 and not even 6 months, we needed 2 children's or travel beds. Here we were in contact with Mrs. Hinrichs, the caretaker, who organised an intact travel bed from another house for us. Generally, we were very satisfied with Mrs. Hinrichs. When we arrived (already at half past 1), she wasn't quite finished with cleaning yet, but we were able to do the handover anyway, she showed us everything and we could unpack the things from the cars. This was important for us because the pram and the trolley, which we wanted to use for a first walk to the beach, were packed right at the back of the car. Ms. Hinrichs was even so kind to get us the right wrench so that we could properly attach the rocking chair (Hauck) to the high chair. I was really pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and - once again - family-friendly everything is. We were really very satisfied and have already recommended the house and the place to friends and family. In fact, we are already thinking about coming again next year, as everything simply fit together: house, garden, the place, the beach, the North Sea Lagoon.
