Description
Detached single-family house (bungalow) with approx. 95 sqm living space; the entire property is approx. 850 sqm. The house has been completely renovated inside and newly furnished. It has 1 large living room (approx. 35 sqm) with seating area and dining table for 6 persons, sleeping accommodations for 5 persons (1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, 1 small bedroom with single bed and 1 bunk bed (also suitable for adults), 1 bathroom/WC with ground-level shower. Internet and SAT-TV are available.
The kitchen has a table with 2 seats and is fully equipped (electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, cutlery and crockery).
A terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the WZ, another - approx. 30 sqm - covered terrace with patio furniture is located behind the house and can be accessed from the kitchen. From there you have a beautiful distant view.
Behind the house there is a flat lawn of approx. 200 sqm
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome. There is no renting to party companies.

The holiday home is located in 54584 Gönnersdorf (Rhineland-Palatinate / Volcanic Eifel) near Jünkerath / Stadtkyll / Hillesheim. It is situated in a settlement on the outskirts of Gönnersdorf, approx. m from the village centre in a quiet hillside location at the end of a private road. The village has about 500 inhabitants
Shopping facilities are available in Jünkerath, about 3.5 km away, and in Stadtkyll, about 7.5 km away. A bakery and a butcher's shop are located in the neighbouring village of Lissendorf (,5 km away)
The national road 421 - connection between Stadtkyll and Zell (Mosel) - runs directly past Gönnersdorf.
The federal road B 51 - connection between Bitburg and Euskirchen - runs about 10 km northwest of Gönnersdorf. The motorway slip road "Blankenheim" to the A 1 in the direction of Cologne is approx. 25 km away.
A railway station of the DB regional railway line Cologne - Euskirchen - Trier is located in Jünkerath, approx. 3.5 km away, and in the neighbouring municipality of Lissendorf (approx. 1.5 km away).

Day trips to Cologne, Bonn, Aachen, Koblenz, Trier and Luxembourg are possible. Other interesting excursion destinations are the wine-growing areas on the Moselle and Ahr. In the nearby medieval town centre of Bad Münstereifel there are numerous outlet shops as well as a variety of gastronomic establishments.
The Nürburgring is about 35 km away and the Eagle and Wolf Park Kasselburg in Pelm about 16 km. The Maare near Daun are also an interesting hiking and excursion destination.

Very complete holiday home in a super location
Very beautiful and complete holiday home where everything was truly present. We were lacking nothing at all. If we had known this, we could have left quite a few things at home :) Everything was super organized by the landlord. The location is also wonderful, beautiful nature, great for walking and good as a base for towns like Gerolstein, Hillensheim, or Stadkyl. We were there between Christmas and New Year, and unfortunately, very few restaurants were open, which we did not know in advance. In the end, we found some places to eat well.
The positive aspect was that our four-legged friend was welcome everywhere.
Supermarkets a few kilometers away.
There was some fireworks, but very local, which allowed our pets to have a very quiet New Year's night, which was the main reason for booking this accommodation.

Very nice holiday home, great location, everything you need is there.
After a very friendly welcome by the landlord, our stay in the Eifel could begin. The house is beautifully located outside the small village of Gönnersdorf, offering a lot of peace and nature due to its location.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, the bathroom has a spacious shower, and the living room is nicely furnished. 2 terraces, one of which is fully covered, allow for outdoor stays even in wet weather.
Our 2 four-legged friends were also welcome, as the property is completely fenced off, so there is no need to worry.
You can eat well in a beer garden in the nearby Lissendorf. There is also a small bakery that still bakes its own goods and is open daily. All just under 2 km away. Shopping is available in common supermarkets about 4 km away in Jünkerath.
We will book the house again when we vacation nearby.
