Lovingly furnished 4-star holiday flat in a quiet, central location in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel.
The Deichbär is located on the upper floor (DG) of a two-family house on Deichstraße, which was built in the old East Frisian country house style just before the old North Sea dyke.
Here you can holiday in a quiet location and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. We have lovingly furnished the flat to a high standard and in a senior-friendly style.
You sleep on a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with TFK mattresses at a comfort height (60 cm) with 2 different firmness levels (H2/H3) and a topper with a visco foam core that relieves pressure. Our duvets (135 x 200 cm) and pillows (80 cm) are suitable for house dust allergy sufferers (breathable).
The bright, comfortable daylight shower room has an almost floor-level shower (120 x 80 cm) with rain shower and 6 variable massage jets. There is a shower stool and two grab rails in the shower as well as a raised WC, an illuminated vanity mirror, hairdryer, full-length mirror and a radio. The linen package includes a bath towel, two towels and 1 soap cloth per person.
From the living room you have access to the balcony, which is furnished with cosy garden chairs.
For your entertainment there is a 43" flat screen TV (reception of German-language TV programmes, DVB-S) with integrated receiver (only one remote control), Blue-Ray DVD player with DVD collection, a Bose music system with radio and CD player, several audio books, books and board games/games collection. WLAN and telephone incl. flat rate can be used free of charge.
Sea air makes you hungry ... and that's exactly why you will find a separate fully equipped kitchen in the Deichbären in addition to the many restaurants in the area. The kitchenette includes an extractor bonnet, induction hob with roasting zone, oven with pizza function, a dishwasher and a fridge with separate 40-litre freezer compartment. In addition to the microwave with defrost function, you will also find a hot-air fryer and a Thermomix. Coffee lovers have the choice between a filter coffee machine or a Senseo pod machine and can also use an electric milk frother.
Of course, there is also a toaster or egg cooker for breakfast and a sandwich toaster for small appetites. A blender, kitchen scales and an electric raclette and electric table grill round off the interior. And if the weather is so bad that you really don't want to go outside, just make yourself cosy in the Deichbären and bake waffles.
From the comfortable seating area, you have the option of using a 32" smart TV.
In the bathroom you will find a raised WC and an almost floor-level shower with massage jets and rain shower, shower stool, radio and make-up mirror.
On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or end the evening with a glass of wine in the flickering light. A parasol is included in the equipment.
You will find a car parking space directly in front of the house and you can store the bicycles/e-bikes you have brought with you in the lockable communal garden shed (bicycles/e-bikes can also be hired in the village).

Location and surroundings of object
The Deichbär likes it quiet, but wants to be in the centre of the action at all times. That's why it is ideally located on Deichstraße ... Friedrichsschleuse is only about 500 metres away. The nearest restaurant is just 400 metres away, as is a bus stop. The Cliner Quelle spa centre with indoor saltwater pool is a good 800 m away on foot. Along the Harle promenade, the Harlesiel beach and the museum harbour are both a good 10-15 minutes' walk away. Ideal for leaving the car parked during your holiday. Despite the central location, you live here on the old dyke in a quiet neighbourhood. In the morning, it can happen that the sheep replace the alarm clock or a pheasant struts through our garden. Owls have also made themselves at home on the doorstep. Here you can unwind, relax and switch off ..

Cancellation terms:
After booking, cancellation is no longer possible, regardless of the scheduled arrival time. If a guest is unable to arrive, they are free to transfer or sell their booked stay to third parties, provided the conditions for booking our vacation apartment are met. This always requires prior arrangement with us, as otherwise the original main tenant continues to be liable as a joint debtor. In general, failure to arrive or earlier departure does not exempt from the obligation to pay.

We were completely satisfied, Mrs. Löhndorf and Mr. Herpers have given us a great holiday apartment for our vacation time in Carolinensiel. They were very helpful in ensuring that we felt comfortable in the apartment and the surrounding area. For other vacationers going to Carolinensiel, the holiday apartment is highly recommended.
