Holiday cottage for 6 persons on Texel in Recreation Park De Krim Cocksdorp

My holiday home, approx. 90 sqm, is situated in a garden plot of 352 sqm, surrounded by hedge roses.
There are 2 parking spaces
EC.
Fully equipped kitchenette, open fireplace, flat screen TV, radio with CD, DVD player
Spacious double bedroom with 2 box spring beds
Large shower room with toilet.
FIRST FLOOR.
2 bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds,
1 shower room and 1 sep. toilet

1 glazed terrace with 6 chairs

Environment:
the house is situated in the recreation park de crimea with 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, climbing park, pony riding etc.

In the neighbourhood is a 18 hole golf course

The sun is on the property for 12 hours in the summer months.

Beautiful holiday week in Texel

We had a great week in this really beautiful accommodation. De Krim is a very nice holiday park with leisure and shopping opportunities nearby. The house is very comfortably furnished, and I would especially like to emphasize that it is also really well-equipped in terms of kitchen utensils and dishes. You rarely find that. We lacked for nothing. The nice weather accompanied us, so we were able to use the well-protected outdoor seating and the garden. There are walking and well-laid bike paths around the park, and the nice village of Cocksdorp, where there are more shopping options and several restaurants, is not far away.
Mrs. von Kessel was available for inquiries at any time.
We would be happy to come back.

Well-maintained house

We spent a week on Texel in great weather. The house is very well maintained and cozy, equipped with everything you need. We, 4 adults and 2 children, felt very comfortable. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. We walked 5 minutes to the center with a swimming pool, playground... All in all, a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful holiday home

We are absolutely thrilled with this holiday home. Everything has been considered down to the last detail, and it was very clean, allowing us to feel right at home. The fireplace was another highlight, creating a lovely atmosphere and coziness every evening. We had an incredibly wonderful week in perfect weather. We have stayed in many holiday homes in different countries, and this one is among the best for us. The De Krim Park is designed in a very inviting way and offers various leisure activities. We only used the bicycle rental and the supermarket, with the latter being very well stocked and surprisingly somewhat cheaper than in the big supermarkets on the island.

We could easily extend our stay by one night! Many thanks for that!

A successful winter holiday

Easter 2024, we miscalculated the holiday times. Mrs. von Kessel was very accommodating, so we spent the winter holidays in the wonderful house again. It was a relaxing vacation for us. The house was flawless. The underfloor heating contributes to comfort in winter. We lacked nothing. With the dogs, we were in the nearby Krimbos in two minutes or could enjoy a leisurely round on the golf course. We can recommend this house with a clear conscience for families with children (the large indoor playground and the swimming pool invite you to stay).
We would like to express our sincere thanks for your cooperation once again and wish you all the best for the year 2025.

A successful stay!

We felt very comfortable in Mrs. von Kessel's house. We lacked nothing. When we had questions about the heating, there was an immediate response. The bathroom downstairs was very pleasant for us. The location of the house in the park was super central, and we could reach everything perfectly.

A very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed it.
The little house was very inviting and spacious for all 6 people. We felt at home. Also, having 2 toilets and 2 showers was super helpful. Everything for daily use was available. The cordless vacuum was practical.
There is a microwave-oven combination device. The oven works, but it takes a bit longer. However, it doesn't offer enough space for 6 people. We quickly bought a hot air fryer. Those who prepare a lot in the oven should pack one :)
We liked Texel so much that we are coming back again next year.
(Traveled as a family with 2 adults, 4 children)

Tolles Ferienhaus

We are sitting here on Texel on our last evening, desperately trying to figure out how we could prevent tomorrow's departure. Like last year, the bungalow was in great condition upon arrival, and we felt at home right away. The decor and amenities are above average. Despite the unfortunately rainy weather, this allowed us to still enjoy the holiday. We will definitely come back again. Thank you also for your friendly and prompt communication.

Great vacation!!!

Hello, we were able to spend the second week of the Easter holidays in this beautifully furnished holiday home. We felt very comfortable in the house. The equipment is extensive. We did not miss anything in this house. We fully liked the furnishings. Since the weather did not always invite us to go out, we spent more time in the oasis of well-being than we had actually planned. The children also felt comfortable.

Furthermore, we would like to express our sincere thanks for the generous accommodation provided by Mrs. von Kessel. We mistakenly booked the second week of the holidays outside the holiday period; however, we could not take it due to our school-age children. Mrs. von Kessel was very accommodating in this regard.

We have booked the house, but this time for the correct period, for the winter holidays in 2024.

In conclusion, we would like to say that we are already looking forward to the next vacation in this house.

We can only recommend this house.
