Description

The holiday home "Evida" was newly built in 2020. It is located in Porec, a tourist town in Istria.

The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, WC, living room and kitchen.

On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs.

In the courtyard there is a terrace with outdoor table and 8 seats.
There is also a 32 m2 swimming pool, 6 deckchairs, an outdoor shower and 2 parasols.

The cottage "Evida" has a twin sister called "cottage Luca", 50 m away.
