The house "Luca" was newly built in 2020. It is located in Porec, a tourist resort in Istria. The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WC, living room and kitchen. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs. In the courtyard there is a terrace with table and 8 seats. There is also a 32 m2 pool, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower and a parasol.

New, spacious house with enough space for 2 families. Good amenities, beautiful rooms with large, modern bathrooms. The house seems well insulated. We only turned on the air conditioning before going to bed. Otherwise, there was a pleasant climate throughout the house even in the heat. And the mattresses were good. Despite back problems, we all slept well. The house is located in a dead-end street in a quiet area and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. You need a car to get to the sea, and the pool is too deep for small children. We were 2 families with 3 older children wanting a relaxed self-catering holiday with peace and quiet. The holiday home was ideal for us. The owners were incredibly nice and supportive whenever needed. For us, the price-performance ratio of the house was completely fine.

Zum Meer braucht man ein Auto und der Pool ist für kleine Kinder zu tief.
Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 großen Kindern und wollten einen entspannten Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung und Ruhe machen. Für uns war das Ferienhaus ideal. Die Vermieter waren total nett und bei Bedarf mit Rat unterstützend. Für uns war das Haus vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung.
