The house "Luca" was newly built in 2020. It is located in Porec, a tourist resort in Istria. The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WC, living room and kitchen. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs. In the courtyard there is a terrace with table and 8 seats. There is also a 32 m2 pool, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower and a parasol.

New, spacious house with enough space for 2 families. Good amenities, beautiful rooms with large, modern bathrooms. The house seems well insulated. We only turned on the air conditioning before going to bed. Otherwise, there was a pleasant climate throughout the house even in the heat. And the mattresses were good. Despite back problems, we all slept well. The house is located in a dead-end street in a quiet area and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. You need a car to get to the sea, and the pool is too deep for small children. We were 2 families with 3 older children wanting a relaxed self-catering holiday with peace and quiet. The holiday home was ideal for us. The owners were incredibly nice and supportive whenever needed. For us, the price-performance ratio of the house was completely fine.
