Description

Unique family stone villa with private pool, jacuzzi and immaculately designed courtyard. Villa Katarina is a very beautiful stone house with pool and jacuzzi for 8 -12 persons, furnished in traditional Istrian style with many modern details. The house was renovated in 2020 and surrounded by high stone walls. The guests are guaranteed privacy. The modern and functional interior will leave you breathless.
Villa Katarina consists of two separate units. Each unit has its own entrance and is therefore ideal for two families. The right part of the house consists of a kitchen and a dining room with direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. On the left side of the house we find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room. In the attic there are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. The lighting of the pool and the jacuzzi during the night makes swimming a special experience.

Location and surroundings of object

The beautiful stone villa Katarina is situated in a small village Selina near the historical town Sveti Lovrec. Only 3 km from the villa is the town of Sv. Lovreč, where there is a pizzeria, restaurant, café, shop and post office. By car you can reach the beaches, bays, parks and holiday resorts of the west coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Limfjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) in only 15 to 20 minutes, but also the historical, mysterious small towns of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked cycle paths leading to nearby villages and historical towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). Villa Katarina is suitable for a peaceful holiday in an idyllic Istrian and green environment, from where you can easily reach interesting neighbouring towns.
