The Scandinavian red low-energy wooden house in Bullerbü style leaves nothing to be desired with its large garden and is the ideal accommodation for your holiday at the Baltic Sea.
The house Mariehamn offers you space for up to 8 people in the light-flooded rooms. The house has three bedrooms, plus two extra beds in the lounge area and two large bathrooms with adjoining sauna. The fully equipped kitchen and the cosy living-dining area offer enough space for nice cooking evenings. On the terrace and in the garden, you can spend wonderful cosy summer evenings, but this house is not only beautiful in summer. Mariehamn is also inviting in autumn and winter, as it has a cosy wood-burning stove and a sauna, so you can warm up after stormy Baltic Sea walks and enjoy hot chocolate in front of the fireplace

The three-kilometre-long, fine-sand Sehlendorfer Strand in the midst of a magnificent dune landscape has long since ceased to be an insider's tip, as word has spread beyond the state border that Sehlendorfer Strand is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Schleswig Holstein's Baltic Sea coast. With its gently sloping beach, it is an Eldorado for the whole family and invites you to swim and take a walk. The entire bathing area is patrolled by the DLRG during the bathing season. But it is also not far to other beaches such as Behrensdorfer Strand (12 km) or Hohwachter Strand (6 km) - you are spoilt for choice. The surroundings of the Hohwachter Bucht also invite you to take wonderful cycling tours, perhaps you will take advantage of the beautiful route around the Binnensee.

Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the area. There is a beach area for windsurfing, catamaran and dinghy sailing, and stand-up paddling. You can also learn the technique at the Surf & Sail School on Sehlendorfer Strand. A beach volleyball court is available. Beach gymnastics and Nordic walking are offered seasonally.

Beautiful holiday home!!
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the Mariehamn holiday home. Modern furnished, super clean... everything as described. Rarely have we seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a holiday home. The sauna heats up in no time, great. One of the travelers has limited mobility and uses a walker. That was also no problem, there was plenty of space everywhere, no tripping hazards. We can only recommend a stay at the Mariehamn holiday home.

Very beautiful vacation home
The location of the holiday home is great. The furnishings were modern and tidy. Everything you need was available in the kitchen, even enough spices. The house was super clean and the contact with Mr. Richter was very good. We were greeted very nicely and he was immediately available in case of problems. All in all a very nice vacation! Thank you very much.

Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub im Haus Mariehamn!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub bei bestem Wetter perfekt genießen können.
Schöne Radtouren, Strand und einfach im Garten am Haus Chillen und Grillen :-)

Pure relaxation in Little Sweden
Dear Judge,
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in the Mariehamn holiday home. We wanted for nothing, the house was perfect for us 2 families. Young and old felt very comfortable and the children would like to spend their holidays there again. We'll see where we go next year. Mariehamn would definitely be in the top 3 holiday homes

Nicht gut !
Wir haben das Haus für 5 Tage gemietet. Hatten guten Kontakt zum Verwalter. Von den Bilder her alles Top. Aber bei unserer Ankunft sahen wir schon das der Rasen dieses Jahr noch nicht gemäht wurde. Es war alles sehr verwildert. Der Verwalter Herr Richter kam und schloss uns das Haus auf. Er ging schnell mit uns durch. Bei meiner Frage ob auch ein Einfach da wäre bekam ich die Antwort das weiß ich nicht. Hm. Ein Verwalter kennt sich nicht aus!? Na gut. Er hat uns wieder verlassen. Es war sehr kalt im Haus. Allso drehte ich die Heizung auf. ABER es passiert nichts. Allso Kontakt Aufnahme mit Herrn Richter. Er sagte mir nur es ist ein niedrigernergie Haus. Da kann man wohl nichts machen. Naja sehr viel bezahlt für das Haus und keine Heizung. Dann erst einmal etwas trinken. Meine Frau holt ein Glas aus dem Schrank. Dreckig!!! Fast alle Gläser dreckig. Da haben wir etwas genauer hingesehen. Wow. Alles sehr dreckig im Haus. Auf der dunstabzugshaube kann man ,, sau" Schreiben. Eierbecher,teelöffel,Usw ALLES noch dreckig. Unser Koffer komplett verdreckt wo ich ihn vom Schrank genommen habe. Wir haben Herrn Richter nochmal kontaktiert. Er sagte das könnte man nicht alles kontrollieren. Das könnten wir dann gar nicht bezahlen. Vorher waren da zwei Frauen mit Kindern. Die haben das wohl nicht so ernst gesehen. Vielleicht sind wir ja die besseren Mieter. NA ja, wir denken das die Reinigungskräfte das wohl sehen müssten. 160Euro für Grundreinigung und ein echt dreckiges Haus. Wer verdient da wohl noch viel dran. ??? Wir haben das ALLES Herrn Richter geschrieben. Keine Reaktion!!!! Die Heizung blieb kalt . Dann passen die Bilder auch nicht zum Haus. Vom Nachbar Haus die Bilder auch für diese Haus verwendet. Nur gespiegelt. Weil solche Stühle hatten wir nicht und der Blick aus dem Fenster passt überhaupt nicht. Sehr schade. Wir hatten das Gefühl das Herr Richter es hier alles nicht für ernst nimmt. Nur Geld kassieren und das war's. Nicht empfehlens Wert.

Selbstverständlich sollten Haus, Garten und Einrichtung sauber sein. Wenn es an dieser Stelle etwas zu bemängeln gab, bedauern wir dies.
Die Heizung heizt jeden Raum verlässlich auf 22 Grad, wenn man den Anweisungen in unserer Gästemappe folgt. Dauerlüften bei kühleren Temperaturen schränkt die Funktion ein - ist aber auch nicht nötig, da die Wärmepumpe für einen regelmäßigen Luftaustausch sorgt.

Feel-good moments

spot on!
Mariehamn was perfect for me.
I wanted a week of rest, reading and walks on the beach.
That also worked out wonderfully at the beginning of November.
The house was not too big for me alone. I enjoyed the space in the basement.
It was cosy and I felt super comfortable.
The rooms upstairs didn't detract from the feeling.
Of course, you can also stay here with four or six people. But also alone or as a couple.
There is everything you could wish for. A comfortable sofa, music, TV, a wood-burning stove and a sauna
The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom offers warm feet and the shower has enough pressure. Perfect!
I find the length very pleasant. Close to the beach and the next town, but still in the countryside.
The arrangements and handovers were easy and the house was tip-top clean.
I will be back!

Urlaub an der Ostsee
Schönes Haus. Nur die Heizung hat bei uns die Bäder bei kalten Nächten nicht auf Temperatur gebracht.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Mariehamn verbracht. Das Haus ist relativ neu und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei in einem der 3 Schlafzimmer zwei 1.90 Meter-Betten vorhanden sind. Zusätzlich gibt es aber noch ein Bett (mit einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit) im Obergeschoss, sodass wir mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen super untergebracht waren. Die Ausstattung ist super - Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder und ein nett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Einzig die ein oder andere Schüssel oder Fleischplatte wären nett. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist absolut empfehlenswert. Selten hatten wir im Vorfeld auf einen Urlaub so viel gelacht und so nette Mails bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Herrn Richter und Frau Labza...Sie waren wirklich wunderbare Gastgeber und haben sich hervorragend um uns und unsere Anliegen gekümmert!

Toller entspannter Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus besitzt eine sehr gute moderne und praktische Ausstattung. Haben von dort zahlreiche Ausflüge in die nahe und weitere Umgebung gemacht. Die ländliche Umgebung hat wesentlich zur Erholung beigetragen. Wir sind in Schleswig-Holstein ausschließlich netten und hilfsbereiten Einwohnern begegnet.
Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.
