The house with a large terrace offers everything for a relaxing vacation. It has 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living room with TV. The garden with a large terrace is surrounded by a hedge all around and is not visible from the street. In summer the sun shines into the garden until the evening. On the property there is a parking space for cars, a 2nd parking space is located outside the property. The park itself offers possibilities for many activities. The beach to the Grevelingen Sea is on the other side of the road, the open sea is behind the Brouwersdam, about 5 km away. In the park there is a SPAR supermarket and a restaurant. Bicycles and other vehicles can be rented in the entrance area, to Renesse it is about 7 km, to Zierikzee about 11, there is an Aldi and Lidl. The bicycle network is very well equipped with a hub system.

The house is located in the very well maintained Landal Green Park Port Greve, 5 minutes from the harbor and beach of the Grevelingenmeer. The open sea is behind the Brouwersdam in about 5 km distance and is easily accessible by car or bike. There you can watch sea seals close from the beach. 11 km away is Zierikzee, a very cozy, typical Dutch fishing village with small stores and many restaurants. Every Thursday the weekly market takes place there. In the high season there are also evening markets in the vicinity. It is possible to rent a canoe to row on the canals. Nearby is also the delta project Neeltje Jans. The bicycle paths are very well marked and numbered. For divers, the Grevelingenmeer is always popular and sought after because of its very clean water. There are good bus connections directly from the site to the surrounding towns, Rotterdam is also easy to reach from there.

Upon booking completion you will receive a contract from us, which should be signed and returned within 14 days. Once again a great vacation in Zeeland
We have been coming to Zeeland every summer for 12 years now and almost always to this holiday park. We have spent our vacation in several houses here. In the house Annika this year for the first time.
The location is really good and the house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a great large walk-in shower, the garden furniture is comfortable and quick-drying in case it rains. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, where we slept well. We really liked the fly screen in the parents' bedroom.
There is also a sauna, which we did not use due to the good weather.
The vacation for next year is already booked.

Everything is great :)
Good orientation of the apartment – allows breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment has everything you need. Parking directly on the property is very advantageous :)

Very satisfied
We felt very comfortable in the Annika holiday home; the furnishings were more than adequate, and we lacked for nothing. We found the secluded garden to be ideal. We gladly recommend the house as well as the holiday park and would be happy to return!

Summer vacation 2024
We had 2 very nice weeks here, everything was just right. The house is super equipped and was very clean. The location is very good, 5 minutes to the Grevelingen Sea and 20 minutes by bike to the beach.
We will definitely come back.

We are a family with 4 children and live in Aachen, close to the Dutch and Belgian borders. Before we bought the vacation home, we traveled for many years with the caravan. In the meantime we have become a bit more comfortable, which is why we were looking for accommodation by the sea, but preferably not too far away from our current home. The location, the park and the proximity of the sea offer everything you could wish for a relaxing vacation.
