Amazing modern architecture completed by matching luxury interior, very open living room and fully equipped kitchen area facing private pool. Modern garden with BBQ/ shower/ lounge area and spacious bar/fitness room are making this villa a must have for everyone setting the bar high when it comes to spending a holiday how it should be spent. Located 8km from Pula airport, 200m from largest grocery store in Medulin, 200m from Medulin center, 800m from the see, in a quite area and a lot of privacy. Everything about this villa is just right. (Groups of young people not allowed).

Villa Bonaca in Medulin: A 5-star oasis!
Our stay at Villa Bonaca in Medulin was simply fantastic! The accommodation is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The furnishings are stylish and offer plenty of space for 8 adults. Particularly notable is the dreamy pool, which provided us with many relaxing hours. The service was first-class, thanks to the friendly father who lives directly across the street and was always ready to help us. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor area
The villa exceeded our expectations.
All bedrooms gave us a hotel feeling.
Tastefully decorated.
The living room and kitchen were great, and the basement gym was frequently used.
The area is quiet.
A 10-15 minute walk to the city center.
A large supermarket is located 5 minutes from the villa.
The host was very helpful.

A truly special house!
This beautiful vacation home is something extraordinary. It is rare to find 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This guarantees privacy for each person, even within the house. The furnishings are high quality and appropriate for the price. Everything is perfect all around.
A small downside is the slightly farther distance to the beach, but this is mitigated by the beautiful and spacious pool.
It is also worth mentioning the very nice and detailed contact during the booking, as well as the on-site support!

The family loved the Villa
This was our first time visiting Croatia and hopefully not the last.
We wanted to stay in a nice place from where we could take short trips and see some beautiful and interesting places.
Also we wanted to take off days where we could stay in and spend quality time together in and around the Villa.
The Villa Bonaca was just perfect for us. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our young adults were especially happy and didn't want to leave at the end of our stay.
The place is very well located in the nice and quiet town of Medulin. I understand it was off season when we stayed there in early April.
It was very nice to have the supermarket in a short walking distance were we could fetch some freshly baked bread every morning.
The hosts are the best people and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation. They live across the street from the Villa and were very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this Villa for your family if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the beautiful and sunny Croatia.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Bonaca in Medulin war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und makellos sauber. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und bietet reichlich Platz für 8 Erwachsene. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Pool, der uns viele entspannte Stunden beschert hat. Der Service war erstklassig, dank des freundlichen Vaters, der direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite wohnt und uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus ist etwas außergewöhnliches. Selten findet man 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bädern en suite. Somit ist für jede Person, selbst im Haus, die Privatsphäre gewährleistet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und dem Preis angemessen. Alles rundum perfekt.
Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist die etwas weitere Entfernung vom Strand, diese wird aber durch den schönen und großzügigen Pool gemildert.
Ebenfalls zu erwähnen wäre noch der sehr nette und ausführliche Kontakt bei der Buchung, so wie die Betreuung vor Ort!
