The apartment is approximately 60 sqm in size. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of Lake Rursee.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed.
There is also a sofa bed (160x200) in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and should leave nothing to be desired (oven, 4 functional burners, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, soda streamer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwashing utensils, kitchen towels). There is a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is well suited for 3 people.
It is not accessible for the disabled and is not suitable for small children (lacking terrace boundary / risk of falling, fireplace).
Since it can only be accessed via stairs, it is only partially suitable for people with walking disabilities.
It is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
There is an outdoor parking space, but it is only partially suitable for large vehicles like an SUV or minibus! Bicycles can be parked on the terrace (accessible via a narrow external staircase).
Due to the fiber optic connection, a stay is well suited for combining home office and vacation. Upon request, an adjustable desk and an adjustable standing aid can be provided.

Sweet little vacation apartment with good amenities.
We had four lovely days in a cozy little vacation apartment. The beds were comfortable, the apartment warm, and the furnishings simple but extremely well thought out. I was particularly impressed by the supply of band-aids, sunscreen, and hygiene products, so that one could fall back on them in case of emergency. Everything is lovingly decorated, and the treasure trove of Eifel books is immense. If the opportunity arises, we would gladly come back. The only downside: There is no bakery in the village. But neither landlords nor vacation rentals can do anything about that. ;-)

Quiet and nature! and the apartment is super equipped.
We will come back when the circumstances allow! The apartment is on the slope but with such a view from the terrace to the Rursee, the boats passing by, simply a quiet location; very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom, in the living room with documentation about the region; unfortunately, nothing works without a car, but if you know it, you can manage! Shopping a few kilometers away, everything is very well indicated in the house documentation, you can also play darts! Enjoying the terrace and having good contact with the landlord. One can cook very well at home or also go to a restaurant or get something from the döner, and walk in the beautiful village and by the lake! It was a great vacation despite the rain and a bit of chill!

Top Holiday Apartment
We found everything we needed ready, kitchen equipment with high-quality inventory, everything was available for both comfort and practicality, it was quiet, in 10 minutes you could reach a bathing shore (albeit with murky green water and no comfortable lounging area, but sufficient for the evening swimming program), there were diverse excursion and hiking opportunities in the area, we were overall very satisfied. By knowing in advance that there are no real shopping options in the area and that the culinary repertoire in restaurants is also very limited (especially for vegetarians), we were able to prepare accordingly and make good use of the kitchen.

Eifel vacation in the best nature
We were very surprised at how large the apartment is. Nothing was missing. Everything you need was available. When it got very cool at Pentecost, Mrs. Vogel turned up the heating for us, which is not a matter of course. Thank you very much for that. The Eifel Nature Park is scenically beautiful. Great lakes. We particularly enjoyed the high plateau with the brightly glowing gorse, or for example a day in Monschau. The vacation was simply great.
