The detached holiday home, built in 2016, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 5 m x 6 m, 1.50 m deep). The pool is 31 m2 in size. Pool heating is available on request and for a fee.

Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and bidet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bathroom (8 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, toilet and bidet.
