The fully air-conditioned 58 m² luxury apartment is ideal for couples and families. From the balcony, which is directly on the sea, the morning coffee can be enjoyed with a breathtaking view. For this apartment, the goal of the interior designers of the yacht was to generate as much space as possible and to create a sense of freedom by the play of light and well-thought-out counter-furniture, as well as a cleverly installed kitchen. The living room has a designer couch from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. In addition, the apartment includes 2 separate bedrooms each with a large box-spring bed, making the apartment perfect for couples as well as families. The two bedrooms are complemented by a luxury bathroom.

Above all, the breathtaking view from the bedroom, makes every morning a highlight and invites you to a "finite arrival" feeling. Above all this cooperation makes this chalet so special as it is unmistakable and is perfect for couples as well as for families. From a swimming pool, to a fitness room to an infrared cabin, our resort leaves nothing to be desired.
Beach:
Each of the luxurious apartments has a unique and direct sea view. By this special position, you can swim directly from the front door. The fine-grained beach in front of the resort is flat-sloping and without sea urchins, so the daily bathing fun even with small children are no limits.
Surroundings:
In addition, you can enjoy Croatian specialties such as fish or mussels, freshly caught from the sea or a typical Croatian steinofen pizza, and be pampered by the Croatian hospitality in a country-style local restaurant (Konobas). In addition, you can enjoy a coffee at the bars on the promenade and unwind. If you want to prepare something yourself in your designer kitchen, there are several supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, where you can shop comfortably.

If you have enough time for a beach holiday, you can go on excursions to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou location), an off-road drive in the Paklenica National Park or a boat excursion to round off your holiday. In addition, adventure enthusiasts will also be in Maslenica at their own expense, on the one hand with a bungee jumping jump from the famous Maslenica Bridge, on the other hand with a jet ski exit from the nearby boat rental.
For night owls, the nearby harbor town of Zadar with the legendary Ledana and Maraschino clubs is recommended.
