The modern newly built Villa is settled on the very south of Istria, in the little fishermen's town Ližnjan. Famous for its unspoiled nature, inspiring sights and rich history, Ližnjan is offering 28 km of untouched coastline and countless beaches, restaurants with excellent cuisine and amazing historical heritage. This very area is proud of the archeological wonder Nesactium – the ancient fortified town of the Histri trib. Ližnjan is the perfect destination both for the peaceful and relaxing vacation and exciting summer adventures – secluded beaches with the crystal clear sea, miles of idyllic paths which are summoning for long walks and bicycle rides, amazing submarine world which reveals ancient Roman settlements and old sunken ships, exceptional pleasures of windsurfing with the local fresh wind bora, horse riding tours, unique experience of fishing and many other attractions. Nearby you will discover the nature park Kamenjak, magical and world known cape with wonderful and unspoiled nature, colourful Medulin with its numerous events and a generous choice of restaurants and bars.
