The standig individually holiday home, built in 2019 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Jasenice. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
Special
air conditioner, underfloor heating. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. Facilities: high chair, internet access (WLAN), Playstation and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4,2 m x 5,5 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (18 sqm, walk-through room) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet (4 sqm) with 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and TV. 2 bedrooms each (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, together with bedroom). 2 bathrooms each (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.
2nd floor: Separate toilet (4 sqm) with 1 sink, WC and window.
