Location and surroundings of object
The villa "Casa Katta" is located about 300 meters from the sea in a very quiet area on the edge of town. The "German Center" (grocery store, small boutique with magazines, etc., the Café Strudel) as well as small bars and romantic restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The flat residential area allows for (even without an e-bike) wonderful bike tours into the surrounding countryside and along the via verde to Denia, as well as hikes directly from the house. Moreover, Montgó (about 6 kilometers away) and the coastal cliffs invite you for scenic excursions. 8 km away), the Segaria (local mountain of Els Poblets) and the mountainous hinterland invite you to extremely varied mountain tours.

Cancellation terms:

The tenant is entitled to name a substitute tenant, provided that the booking period is not changed. In this case, however, the deposit would still remain with the landlord. Excellent
The house is cozy with nice details, very tidy and very clean, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, there is no need to take a car for basic services.
The pool is perfect and the exterior of the house is very beautiful and well maintained, everything is really well cared for both inside and outside.

Dreamlike vacation
Beautiful holiday home, decorated with a love for detail, with the nicest landlord,
Ms. Hensel, who took great care of us!
We felt so comfortable here, warmly welcomed by Ms. Reinert as the "house lady" and taken care of with heart! It couldn’t have been better!
Even when entering the property with the sunny terrace and the Mediterranean garden, you feel like you've made the right choice.
We spent 3 weeks in this feel-good oasis. Regarding the amenities, I would like to mention that it is of a higher standard! More than adequately equipped with everything and all in very well-maintained, clean condition, in a quiet location, conveniently situated for shopping, restaurant visits, beach excursions, and outings in the area, with comfortable beds, a winter garden that was our summer garden, and a large pool for refreshing and bathing pleasure.
Therefore: Highly recommended!

Dream house!!!
We spent 2 beautiful weeks with our 2 children (5 and 8 years old).
We can only recommend "Casa Katta." The house really lacks nothing. It is equipped with everything you need.
And of course, the pool is a dream, which we used a lot.
Our children loved it.
Every morning, they were excited to walk to the German bakery that was not far away. Mrs. Hensel is super nice and was always available, giving us tips on what we could do. Even when we had a sick child shortly before our arrival, she immediately sent us addresses of German doctors. We simply felt very well taken care of.
All in all, it was a perfect vacation, and we would book the "Casa Katta" again at any time.

Anytime again
We felt completely at home in Casa Kata. The vacation house is super equipped; we lacked for nothing. Furnished with great attention to detail and very clean. The fantastic pool was the icing on the cake. The contact with the renting couple was very friendly and pleasant. They took a lot of time for questions/requests.
