On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and sitting area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. Also bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the garden. On the lower ground floor the guests have a summer kitchen with big dining table and a bathroom with shower on their disposal. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Porec with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Porec and the nearest beaches Plava and Zelena Laguna. Porec is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and the beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval castle fort, the National Archives and Zarecki krov.

Great house!!!
This great and quietly located holiday home has everything that the description and the pictures promise. There are four beautiful and cozy rooms, two beautiful bathrooms and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living and dining area is generously designed and equipped with very comfortable furniture. The large kitchen completes the ground floor. It has many cabinets in which you can really find everything you have at home in the kitchen and much more !!! On the beautiful and covered terrace you can enjoy a cool drink with a beautiful view. The pool is large and beautifully designed. Down here there is a small kitchen and a separate toilet, which is very practical if you spend the day by the pool !!! The house is top for those who are looking for peace and want to enjoy their holiday in a private atmosphere. The landlords are very friendly and helpful !!! All in all absolutely highly recommended !!!

Wunderbares Haus
Sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Es liegt halt nur sehr abwärts der Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieter wirklich sehr freundlich.
