Description
The living space extends over three floors and thus offers room for up to six people (ideally including two children). On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area with integrated kitchenette awaits you. A flat-screen TV and a cosy seating area are available. The large sun terrace is accessible from the living room thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The highlight of the house is its own sauna in the guest toilet - also on the ground floor - which has both a wood-burning stove and can be used as an infrared sauna
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The converted attic serves as a bedroom for two children and has a flat double bed. The standing height in the attic is limited and access is via a ladder staircase
An allocated parking space is available at the house, Wi-Fi is included.

This holiday home is located in Korswandt, in a quiet area not far from Lake Wolgast. The beach at the Wolgastsee with playground for the little ones and boat rental for the older ones are more than recommendable. The quickest way to reach the Kaiserbäder (approx. 4 km) is by car (approx. 5-10 min.), by bicycle (approx. 20 min.) or by public transport.
