Ground floor: large living room with dining area, radio, radio with cassette and CD, satellite TV, video recorder, DVD player, DSL internet access with flat rate, bedroom for two persons (baby travel cot with changing facility, high chair), small shower room with WC, kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, ***fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, electric hand blender. In front is a large terrace with seating and awning.
Upstairs: A large master bedroom with balcony facing south (see pictures), radio, a bedroom for two with an additional bed on a gallery. Popular with our little pirates ;-)

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, on by far the most beautiful property.
The garden is not visible, so that nothing stands in the way of sunbathing without clothing.
From the terrace you have a clear view over to Burhave and on the left side is the dyke
When you sit on the terrace at breakfast, you can hear the cows eating the grass in the pasture opposite; it is so quiet there!

: Beautiful holiday home near the beach with a great view.
We had a wonderful holiday in the holiday home. The house was very clean and tidy. Our children loved it in the garden. Swings, sandpit with accessories, playhouse. Also, board games available in the house. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Great holiday home
We had a great holiday there! The house is great and suitable for young and old.
The kitchen invited us to cook and the large table was great for game nights.
The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate and without "trip hazards".
The house was clean and the grounds well kept. The cows were our direct neighbours and behaved themselves all the time. The contact with the landlord was always friendly and competent. We will gladly come back again!

Great accommodation with very nice landlord!
Five of us spent a week in Mr Sturhahn's holiday home and were completely satisfied. Mr Sturhahn is a very nice landlord, communication was always very friendly and we were even able to arrive a little earlier on request.
The house itself with its large garden offers enough space for families and is especially convincing because of the magnificent view from the terrace over the wide fields. We were especially happy when the cows were standing in the pasture in front of our garden in the morning. The furnishings are very generous, from the digging equipment to the garden furniture and barbecue, we really didn't want for anything. However, a few things, such as some of the patio furniture, are quite broken and should be replaced when the opportunity arises. All in all, we were very satisfied.
We would highly recommend the accommodation for families, as the location is perfect, there are many great activities for the whole family, which are even within walking distance

Rest & Relaxation
We have been coming here for years and enjoy the peace and relaxation that this holiday home offers us. We also really like the proximity to the sea; here, it's nice to take a short walk, buy fresh crabs at the harbor of Fedderwardersiel, or simply enjoy the tranquility on site.
The holiday home itself is nicely furnished, with everything you need for a great vacation. After a short time, you feel right at home. The contact with the landlord is always uncomplicated and very friendly.
For the active ones, there are plenty of leisure activities and tourist destinations in the surrounding area. Whether a short trip to Bremerhaven to the Klimahaus or to the Naval Museum in Wilhelmshaven, there is plenty to do for both young and old, and it is accessible by car in 1-2 hours.

Super Lage
We spent our vacation with three people in this beautiful holiday home. It is very nicely furnished and has everything you need, nothing is missing. The location of the house is unique, from the terrace you have a direct view of the dike and it is absolutely quiet. Delightfully relaxing. The house can only be recommended. Also, the contact with the landlord was simply uncomplicated and great. We will definitely come back. Thank you for being allowed to be a guest here.

Good day, i am pleased that you are interested in my holiday home. My name is Sven Victoria and I bought the house from Mr Sturhahn in June 2022. Mr. Stuhrhahn built an extension to the house in 2010 and remodelled the bathroom, with washbasin, wall-mounted WC and shower at ground level. In 2012, the terrace was renewed and enlarged. in 2014, a new roof with additional insulation and a dormer for the kitchen was added to the house. Furthermore, a new staircase, a new fitted kitchen and a new seating set.
