Description

Our cosy holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park and offers enough space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, bathroom and additional WC. Our well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and rich kitchen utensils fulfils many wishes, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also included.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the third with a pull-out bed, and all bedrooms have easy-care vinyl flooring.
Our youngest guests have access to a play wagon, a high chair and a children's travel cot. In the garden there is a swing with a slide for children to play on, so that parents have the opportunity to relax in a deck chair
On the terrace you will find garden furniture for 6 people.

The house is located in a quiet holiday park in Fedderwardersiel, a small fishing village on the Butjadingen peninsula in the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park" on the North Sea. From the dike you have a view of Bremerhaven

It is about 2 km to the North Sea resort of Burhave, where you have the opportunity to take a cure, go shopping, and children can let off steam in the play barn when it rains
Only 150 m from the dyke and 500 m to the harbour of Fedderwardersiel. From there you can book excursions, buy fresh fish and go for a walk. Or would you like to get to know the Wadden Sea National Park better? Then visit the museum "Nationalparkhaus" in the harbour of Fedderwardersiel.
The North Sea lagoon - a seawater bathing lake - 800 m away offers ideal and safe bathing and playing facilities with a sandy beach, play attractions such as a water castle, climbing ship, pirate island, beach volleyball
On the promenade between Fedderwardersiel and Burhave, benches with a view of the sea invite you to relax. Or take a stroll across the 200-metre-long pier through the mudflats directly to the edge of the tidal flat. Burhave offers spa and shopping facilities, restaurants and a play barn for the younger guests to romp and play.

In the North Sea Tropical Park with wave pool, giant slide, solariums and river landscape in Tossens, 10 km away, you have the opportunity to go swimming in any weather.
Bremerhaven is also worth a trip several times. Visit the maritime museum and the submarine, the emigrant house, the climate house or go to the "Schaufenster Fischereihafen", an old fishing harbour with restaurants, pubs, quaint shops, sea fish cooking studio, fish station with the exhibition Expedition- Nordmeere or Phänomenta, museum ship Gera.
Go to the "Zoo am Meer", take a harbour tour by ship or harbour bus, or just go for a stroll in the Columbuscenter and the newly built Mediteraneo.
Visit the underwater world "Oceanis" or the Marine Museum in Wilhelmshaven. A trip to the Moorseer Mühle mill or the animal and amusement park in Jaderberg is always worthwhile, Oldenburg is only a 45-minute drive away.

Gladly again!

The park has unfortunately aged a bit, there is nothing directly on site. The harbor is reachable in a few minutes. The house leaves nothing to be desired, everything needed for daily life is available. Nice furnishings, good room layout, and a swing, as well as a slide in the garden, are definitely a plus.

A dreamlike week

Unfortunately, a week is always over much too quickly. The house leaves nothing to be desired and shows everywhere that it is constantly kept modern with love and understanding. All beds were comfortable, there is enough choice of blankets and pillows so that everyone can choose what suits them best.
The big one (12) was happy to have his own room, which also had a cosy reading chair for him. There was also a big cupboard full of board games (which we unfortunately discovered too late, as the son thought it was just another shelf for clothes, like in the bedroom, but next time...)
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is enough crockery and cutlery.
Really practical with 5 people is the presence of the 2nd toilet.
Even though it didn't get above 10°C during the week, we were so sheltered from the wind that we could sit on the terrace in a T-shirt in the bright sun.
We have stayed in several houses in the holiday park in Fedderwardersiel in recent years, but this one is definitely our favourite now.

Beautiful holiday accommodation

Our short-term request was promptly answered, and the booking was uncomplicated. The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. My husband and I spent the whole day out with our bikes due to the really great weather and in the evenings, coming home felt comfortable. That's how a vacation should be. We fully agree with the positive reviews of other guests. Thumbs up!!

Tolles Ferienhaus

The house is in an optically and technically excellent condition.
We found everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The living/dining area is lovingly furnished and the small kitchen lacks nothing. The beds in the clean bedrooms are very good!
All in all, the house is highly recommended, so we will continue to spend our holidays there.
A special thanks to the Schemmelmann family, whose connection to the weather god seems to be working well... ;-)

Schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

We spent a few days over New Year's with friends in the holiday home. Everything was very neat and beautiful there. Also, in terms of amenities (even a dishwasher in the kitchen), you can find everything you need.
A very quiet location for a relaxed and restful holiday with family or friends. It is very close to the sea and mudflats for a walk. There are also shopping opportunities nearby.
We had a lot of fun and a lovely time there.

Never again!!!

We were there and are speechless. In the coffee maker, which is at least 10 years old, there was leftover coffee powder from the previous tenant on top of it. In the toaster, there were still remnants of a bun or bread. It was also terribly sticky. The electric stove and the little space for laying things down in the kitchen were also sticky and totally smeared. Even old hotplates can be cleaned! The oven also urgently needed a thorough cleaning. Using pans ended in the situation that one wanted to fry an egg, but couldn't get it out of the pans, both were tried. Ancient! In short, kitchen use was out of the question for us!
The terrace, table, chairs, and floor had to be washed or swept by us first.
The grill was a no-go, supposedly bought by the landlord in April. So, grilling was out of the question! To access the wheelbarrow, one had to crawl under a low ceiling. We had to clear away 5 garbage bags, which we did not do. The shower was clogged and the seals / silicone were dirty and moldy. The shower head was filthy! The bathroom smelled disgusting, until we realized after 2 days that you have to hold the flush button on the toilet until the water has completely run through. To top it off, there was also a yellow-brown toilet brush. In short, the shower with toilet was unusable for us, so we had to use the small... Preferred using the toilet and showering at acquaintances. On top of everything, we found ourselves in front of the barrier in the evening, and even after ringing multiple times and pressing the emergency button, we couldn't get in. We realized too late that a chip is needed, which we were not given during check-in... etc., etc.! For nitpicking and pettiness, they charged us 10€ upon departure!!!!!!!! We would have preferred a simple showerhead and toilet brush for €1. Administration and landlord have been informed.

Nie Wieder diese Gäste - sie versuchten schon vor Anreise, sich vor der pünktlichen Zahlung des Mietpreises zu drücken, da hatten wir bereits das ungute Gefühl, diese Gäste suchen nach Möglichkeiten, Geld zurück zu bekommen. Bei ihrer Anreise haben sie einen Bruchteil der oben genannten Probleme moniert, aber unserer Verwaltung keine Möglichkeit gegeben, diese zu beseitigen. Nach 5 Tagen schicken sie neue Fotos von Verschmutzungen, deren Verursacher nach diesem Zeitpunkt aber nicht festzustellen ist. Und bei unserer Verwaltung beschweren Sie sich erst am Abreisetag und versuchen, die Zahlung der im Mietvertrag vereinbarten Endreinigung zu sparen.
Unsere Geräte und auch Pfannen funktionieren einwandfrei, bei Problemen ist unsere Verwaltung immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich. Auch der Müll wird vierzehntägig abgefahren, es gibt nur leider keine gelbe Tonne, sondern gelbe Säcke.
Für offene und ehrliche Kritik sind wir und auch unsere Verwaltung immer offen, aber diee intransparente Art ist merkwürdig.

Gemütlich und erholsam

Apart from the weather, for which the landlords cannot be blamed, everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very spacious, and top-equipped. Thanks to the lovely accommodation, we could enjoy a great holiday in Fedderwardersiel even in unsettled weather. Especially due to the good ferry connection, you can also enjoy beautiful holiday days in Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven in less favorable weather. We really liked the Climate House in Bremerhaven.

Wir waren dort und sind fassungslos. In der Kaffeemaschine, die u.a mind. 10 J. alt ist war noch daneben gegangenes Kaffepulver vom Vormieter oben drin. Im Toaster waren noch Reste vom Brötchen oder Brot . Auch klebte dieser furchtbar. Der E.Herd und der wenige Platz zum ablegen in der Küche klebten ebenfalls und waren total verschmiert. Auch alte Kochplatten kann man säubern !!!! Der Backofen hätte auch dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig. Das benutzen von Pfannen endet darin, dass man ein Ei backen wollte, dieses aber aus den Pfannen, beide wurden ausprobiert, nicht mehr herausbekam. Uralt !! Kurz um, für uns hatte sich die Küchenbenutzung erledigt !! Die Terasse, Tisch, Stühle, Boden mussten erstmal von uns abgewaschen bzw. gekehrt werden. Der Grill war ein NO GO soll lt. Vermieter aber erst im April gekauft worden sein. Grillen war somit hinfällig !!! Um an den Bollerwagen zukommen, hätte man min. 5 Müllsäcke wegräumen müssen, was wir nicht getan haben. Die Dusche war verstopft und an den Dichtungen / Silikon verdreckt und verschimmelt oder so. Der Duschkopf versifft !!! Das Bad stank widerlich, bis wir nach 2 Tagen feststellten, dass man den Drücker an der Toilette solange festhalten muss, bis Wasser vollständig nachgelaufen ist. Zu allem kam dann noch die gelb, braune Klobürste dazu . Kurz um, die Dusche mit Toilette war für uns nicht nutzbar, sodass wir die kl. Toilette bevorzugten und bei Bekannten duschen gingen. Zu allem kam dann noch hinzu, dass wir abends vor der Schranke standen und auch nach mehrmaligem Klingel, sogar der Notrufknopf wurde von uns betätigt, nicht reinkamen. Das man einen Chip braucht, den man vergessen hatte uns bei der Anmeldung auszuhändigen, haben wir zu spät gelesen...usw, usw !! Für KRÜMMELCHEN und PINGELIGKEITEN gab man uns bei der Abreise 10 € !!!!!!! Ein einfacher Duschkopf und eine Klobürste für 1 € wären uns lieber gewesen. Verwaltung und Vermieter wurden informiert .
