Villa Lucrezia is located in the impressive gulf of Torre delle Stelle and is framed by a large veranda offering a magnificent view of the beach just 100 metres away! The villa is large, welcoming and comfortable. Around the house is a garden with many Mediterranean plants, where you can comfortably dine al fresco and sunbathe and relax on the large panoramic terraces on different floors.
The kitchen and the living room with fireplace are in one room, furnished in Sardinian style and overlooking the sea. Those who stay at Villa Lucrezia will hardly forget the sunrises and sunsets that can be enjoyed from the terrace!
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area where there are four double bedrooms with internal bathrooms. The rooms have been maintained in detail and are equipped with air conditioning, safes and independent double entrances (internal and external).
To provide maximum comfort to our clients, we offer three private parking spaces in front of the house, an outdoor shower with hot water and a laundry room. The villa has a solar system for electricity generation on the roof and therefore electricity is included.
