Description
Villa Ara is the new holiday home within the Torre delle Stelle village to give everyone the chance to spend a dream holiday in one of the most beautiful places on the coast of south-eastern Sardinia.
Villa Ara is a detached house consisting of two flats called Unit A and Unit B, built in 2014 and used exclusively as a holiday villa. It is a semi-detached villa where each of the two units (perfectly equal) consists of a double bedroom with 2 beds and, if necessary, a bed/cot for a child. In addition to these two beds, there is a double sofa bed (French style) in the living room, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a living room with a 3-seater microfibre sofa, a 4/6-seater dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob with extractor hood, a 25-litre microwave oven, a coffee pod machine, a kettle and a toaster.
Villa Ara is fully air-conditioned by means of heat pumps and built with materials, for walls and fixtures, with a high thermal/acoustic insulation capacity, for a high level of climatic and acoustic comfort all year round.
Outside, for each of the two units, we have a veranda with sunscreen and a 4/6-seater table with a panoramic view of the village, the sea and the surrounding hills, where you can dine al fresco. An independent 24-square metre swimming pool with an average water height of 140 centimetres, with automatic filtering and chlorination at all times, and with four sun loungers.
All this immersed in a lawn garden, with automatic irrigation, pavements and large spaces lined with stones, hedges and olive trees for total integration in the surrounding Mediterranean scrub vegetation, typical of our Sardinia.

| Rental rates include water, gas, electricity and wireless internet. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly change of linen, bath towels, cleaning and pool maintenance is included. A contract agreement must be signed by the client with payment of a 50% deposit within 14 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% 30 days after check-in. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 7 days before the day of arrival.
