Description
Villa Atria (air conditioning in almost all rooms, Wi-Fi) is nestled in a spacious garden with beautiful pine trees. There is plenty of space, there are three parking spaces, a brick barbecue with sink is close to the house and a canopy with relaxation area is built in the garden. The original Sardinian house is divided into a cosy living room (air conditioning) with fireplace, a small, very well equipped kitchen, the typical 'lolla' in front of the house with various places to stay in the shade, and a sleeping area. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a small room with bunk beds and a new shower-bathroom, as the rest of the house has been completely renovated without losing its original character. The property is 5 minutes walk from Cannesisa sandy beach and about 10 minutes drive from Gennemari sandy beach. The beautiful villa settlement is well served with two well-stocked supermarkets, several restaurants (one is in the immediate vicinity of the house), two boat rentals and several kiosks on the two sandy beaches.

Beautiful holiday home for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers
Hello, we (1 couple) had a wonderful time in the beautiful, quietly situated holiday home. The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden (with tall) trees and is located in a housing estate with spacious grounds. The holiday home and the garden have several seating areas, so that you can choose at any time of the day whether you want to sit in the sun or in the shade. It is essential to rent a car for your stay. Although the sandy beach (with taverna) is only a 5-minute walk away, you should not miss other beaches (e.g. in Solanas) and nice restaurants a little further away.
Our landlady was always available for questions and always gave us friendly information.
We can highly recommend the house.

Loving holiday home
We love this beautiful island and its diversity.
We knew the small village of Torre delle Stelle from a previous holiday and we were aware that this place does not have a lively street to stroll along.
With two small children, a beach that was not overcrowded and with plenty of standing water was very important to us.
That's what you find here and you find locals in particular, which makes this place so wonderfully "untouristy". And if you listen carefully, you will notice that the acoustics of the beach are remarkably quiet. Very pleasant to come down to.
We were looking for accommodation that didn't have the classic interior chic of the 80s, but had modern furniture, enough space for four people, good connections and great value for money.
That's what we found here, the kids could play in the huge garden, enjoy the outdoor shower, use the roof terrace as a lookout tower and in no more than 5min drive we were at our favourite beach. But there is also one within walking distance (about 10min).
We were also very warmly welcomed by Andrea and everything was explained to us so that we could have a smooth holiday. In addition, Andrea is helpful and available for all queries.
We would also like to thank the landlord, because we really liked his special, family-like manner (grandfather came to water the garden), which also makes this accommodation so special.
We will gladly come again, thank you
