The Schleswig-Holstein Baltic coast is full of contrasts. On the one hand, the waves that sometimes wash over the flat sandy beaches, sometimes crash against the cliffs of the steep coast. On the other side, just a few moments away: hilly landscapes, idyllic lakes, enchanting woods, cozy farm cafés, Holstein Switzerland. You can't get more contrast than that.

In the midst of the idyllic and original Baltic Sea resort Sierksdorf is the with 10 apartment buildings very well maintained and spacious complex "Am Seehof". The attic apartment with gallery offered here is one of only a total of 5 apartments in the house Am Seehof 5. The two attic apartments share a common entrance and the staircase.
The 3-room apartment with 75 sqm living space has a total floor space of approx. 100 sqm due to the areas of the roof slopes that cannot be included in the living space. Thus a generous and due to the gallery loft-like living situation is given. The many windows also provide an airy atmosphere.
The center of the apartment is the living room. From here, the white solid wooden staircase leads to the gallery.
You can access the approx. 9 sqm balcony from the living room.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living room, so that short distances are given. The north-east facing bedroom lets you get up with the sun and always stays pleasantly cool even in the height of summer. Between the slightly smaller room and the bedroom, are the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
In front of the house is the car parking space belonging to the apartment exclusively for you.
FACILITIES
The apartment is located in the attic and can be reached via a bright and well-maintained staircase. In the apartment the following rooms leave from the hallway: A bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people. Furthermore, the bathroom, the fitted kitchen and the living room. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 9 sqm south-facing balcony and reach the gallery via the white painted solid wood staircase.
In the gallery above the living room is the living/bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The apartment is altogether furnished to a high standard. All rooms have bright tiles, the plastered walls are painted white, as well as the doors and the stairs to the gallery are painted white.
The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a modern natural wood dining table.
For your entertainment there is a large 55 inch LG OLED TV. The TV with satellite reception has a wide selection of TV and radio programs.
On the Internet you can surf as long as you want with your end devices via the high-speed WLAN modem.
The L-shaped fitted kitchen is equipped with a modern, large built-in refrigerator (new purchase in 2018), an oven, a 4-burner glass ceramic hob, a fully integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, a stainless steel sink and a practical countertop.
The fully equipped bathroom includes a large bathtub with shower, toilet and vanity. A towel radiator provides cozy warmth. The skylight above the bathtub provides brightness and good ventilation possibility. Translated with(free version)

DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION
The complex "Am Seehof" is located in the first row to the fine sandy beach - as the crow flies approx. 100 m - in the very sought-after central location of Sierksdorf.
Sierksdorf has its own train station which you can reach on foot in about 350 m, the nearest bus stop is 250 m away and the small sports airfield "Hof Altona" is also only 2.5 km away.
The nearest shopping facilities such as REWE, LIDL or Aldi are only about 3 km away. The BAB 1 - freeway junction Eutin in southern direction and the junction Neustadt Süd in northern direction are each about 4 km away.
The biggest highlight is of course our nature. You can walk for miles on the beach, swim in the Baltic Sea, dive, boat, row, sail, surf, kite and much more. By bike you can explore the hinterland - all the way into the Holstein Switzerland. Sightseeing flights from the Sierksdorf airfield "Hof Altona" are just as popular as the water ski facility in the neighboring village of Süsel.

For nature lovers and adventurous people Sierksdorf offers many attractive possibilities. The hinterland with the Holstein Switzerland and great cities like Neustadt, Eutin or the Hanseatic city of Lübeck invites with its ham smokehouses, country markets, manor houses and coffee gardens to exciting excursions (especially by bike). The Hansapark is located in the immediate vicinity and is always a great attraction for young and old throughout the year. In autumn the great fireworks inspire many visitors.
Golf: 10 golf courses with 18-36 holes within a radius of about 30 km, 5 of them within a radius of 15 km.
Sierksdorf is nice and quiet and if you want a little more "action" and hustle and bustle, Scharbeutz and Neustadt (also by bike) and Grömitz are quickly accessible. Here is also a very diverse gastronomic offer available.

Beautiful accommodation
