Description
The holiday home is situated in a quiet, central location in the Uferstraße, not far from the spa centre "Cliner Quelle" which you can easily reach on foot in a few steps. The beach, the town centre and the Harle promenade are also within walking distance.
The newly renovated and furnished end-terrace house is part of a well-kept terraced house complex. On the ground floor, the house has a large, bright living room with sofa and 50-inch SAT TV, dining area with solid wooden dining table and a separate, very well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher). Furthermore, there is a new guest toilet with hand basin on the ground floor. From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace and the large garden. On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms (one with a double box-spring bed and the second with two single beds) as well as a bright and modern bathroom with oversized shower. In the attic there is a sleeping studio with two more single beds.
A car parking space is on the property.
The flat can be used by up to 6 people and a small child.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Pets are possible by arrangement (5 euros per day).

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated in a quiet, central location on the shore road, not far from the "Cliner Quelle" spa centre, which you can easily reach on foot in just a few steps. You can also reach the bathing beach, the town centre and the Harle promenade on foot.
The North Sea resort of Carolinensiel/Harlesiel is one of the most beautiful North Sea resorts on the East Frisian coast. Here in the land of water, windmills and dikes, you will find an intact environment, modern comfort, old traditions, leisure fun and recreation for the whole family.
The Harle River is on your doorstep and offers water sports and fishing opportunities, idyllic spots on the Harle beach for hobby painters, hiking and picnic fun, horse riding and cycling opportunities. Around Carolinensiel there are lush green pastures, rapeseed and corn fields. Here you can feel the immediate proximity of the Wadden Sea with its pure and healthy air, which invites you to go mudflat hiking, swimming or sunbathing.
Between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel you will find the "Cliner Quelle" - a spa and leisure centre for the whole family. A wide range of facilities awaits you there, including a leisure pool, sauna, crèche, playground, restaurant, wellness area and tourist information. In the wellness area of the "Cliner Quelle" you can relax with massages, various baths and mud packs.
Let the past come back to life. The museum harbour is located in the centre of Carolinensiel. Here numerous historic flat-bottomed sailing boats are moored surrounded by a backdrop of mainly typical Frisian buildings. In its heyday in the 18th and 19th centuries, the harbour was the second largest in East Frisia and was of great importance for the entire shipping industry. Today it is the centre of many festivals and activities and still gives impressions of times gone by. The old times in Carolinensiel and on the North Sea coast also come alive again in the "German Sielhafenmuseum", which is located here with 2 of 4 houses. Numerous exhibitions tell of life and activity on the coast, today and in times past, and especially for children there are many opportunities to get active in the museum.
Don't miss out on a stroll through Carolinensiel. Here you will find everything you need for daily life, large and small supermarkets, bakers, the pharmacy, bank and savings bank, a hairdresser, magazines, the postal agency and many shops selling maritime gifts, souvenirs, shovels, swimming trunks or rain jackets.
Also worth seeing is the approx. 2 km long "Harle Promenade" past numerous cafés, tea rooms and restaurants, all with a wonderful view of the Harle. Here, directly on the Harle, you can also play mini-golf or take a round trip in a pedal boat or rowing boat. The route continues to the Friedrichsschleuse, a bascule bridge built in the Dutch style. This is where the marina begins, which is home to numerous sailing ships and motor yachts during the summer season. You can also make the same journey on the paddle steamer "Concordia II", a replica of the old Concordia I from 1854. It runs a shuttle service from the marina in Harlesiel through the Friedrichsschleuse past the Haus des Gastes to the museum harbour in Carolinensiel.
Continue over the dyke at the Sieltor to reach the outer harbour. Here the shrimp cutters set course for the open North Sea and the excursion boats take off for the Wadden Sea to the seal banks or the island of Wangerooge.
Now you have also reached the fine sandy beach of Carolinensiel/Harlesiel. The beach with its beach chairs invites you to sunbathe and take long walks, and the North Sea invites you to swim.
Regular bus connections take you to the other coastal resorts, with the ferry docks to the East Frisian islands or to the interesting district towns in the interior of the country.
The East Frisian district town of Wittmund is 13 km away and offers opportunities for shopping or strolling with its pedestrian zone.
The Frisian district town of Jever, with its historic old town, well-known castle and famous brewery, is a twenty-minute drive away.
The well-known East Frisian islands also invite you to a day trip. Cycling and hiking in the dune landscape or lazing in a beach chair.

If it is not possible to rent out the apartment to someone else during the same period, the tenant must pay 80% of the agreed rent. In any case, a fee of 10% of the rental price is due. Beautiful house in a great location
The house was great for us. It is equipped with everything you need on vacation and has a huge garden. We couldn't use it in January, but we will definitely come back in the summer! Our daughter (4 years old) also felt comfortable, and everything was there - high chair, crib.

Super house in a great location

Short holiday
We were in Carolinensiel in September. We liked the house very much and the location is great. You can get everywhere in no time. The garden could be made a little nicer, but everything else was great. Unfortunately our dog didn't go up the dark stairs. But that's nobody's fault.

Wonderful time out
We (4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog) enjoyed the last weekend in May in this cozy and beautiful holiday home in Carolinensiel. The location is perfect, the garden inviting for all travelers including the Dachshund, and the house is so lovingly furnished that you simply "must" feel comfortable. The landlord, Mr. Eckhard, was very attentive, and everything worked well in these special "Corona times."
