Description

The newly built Villa Mediterranea is located in the Istrian village of Vinež, only 7 km from Rabac, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The swimming pool, deckchairs, table and grill are located in the fenced garden.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected in a large open space. Everything is on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms

The interior of the house as well as the exterior are well thought out and leave nothing to be desired.

Location and surroundings of object

The village of Vinež is situated on the east coast of Istria, 2 km from Labin.

In Labin there are three supermarkets, two petrol stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old
Town centre and a magnificent view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

It was perfect all around!

We had a very nice vacation and were able to relax very well. The house was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The hosts were particularly warm and always available, we would come back anytime!!!!!

Geweldig huis

What a beautiful, fully furnished house and what a large, amazing pool. Everything was so neat and clean, truly top-notch. We had a very warm week, so we made a lot of use of the beautiful pool. The beds were delightful, with separate air conditioning in each room. 3 very nice bathrooms. Supermarket very close by. We could even have food delivered and there are many restaurants nearby. Really recommend this house!

Simply perfect

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2022. The landlords Nadja and Robert are super friendly and help you immediately if you have small problems. The holiday home is exactly as described. Everything is tip-top clean and beautifully furnished. Ideal for relaxing and recovering. We can recommend the house 100% and will gladly come again.

Leaves nothing to be desired.

The holiday home is very tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is there, the landlords are very friendly and helpful, they live right next door and are there if you need anything. You could feel very comfortable in the holiday home and relax well.

The house is simply great!

The house is decorated with a lot of love. The kitchen is very well equipped. Both rooms have bathrooms and are decorated in a modern style. The house has a very beautiful and well-kept garden, terrace, a large and clean pool, and sun loungers. Nadja and Robert are super nice and helpful people, they were always available and there for us with any concerns. The holiday home can be recommended 100%!

All good.

It was a great holiday in a really great house where nothing was missing. The house and the pool are simply a dream! Nadja and Robert are very nice and always have an open ear if something is needed. The location is also very beautiful and peaceful. Shopping facilities are nearby and can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. All in all, highly recommended!!

Very beautiful summer vacation

We spent a week in July in the villa with 7 people and were very satisfied. There was always enough space for everyone. Nadja and Robert were very nice and always ready to fulfill all our wishes. The villa itself can be described as perfect, very clean and very well equipped. The children were thrilled with the large pool and plenty of space outside - next door plot where we played volleyball. We will gladly come back again.

Dreamy villa and very dear landlords

We had a great week at the villa. The villa is furnished exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is for exclusive use, and the property is fenced, which was ideal with a dog. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is also an outdoor kitchen. We didn't miss anything! The villa is about 4 km from the sea. We will definitely come back!
