Location and surroundings of object
The small, quiet village Ripenda Verbanci is situated on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea.
The area is very rarely inhabited, outside the tourist masses, with very little traffic.
Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seaside spots, islands, the Kvarner bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, only a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station,
an ATM machine, a farm and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.

Beautiful house!
Beautiful modern house, nicely decorated. We had access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms with six people. Everything was nicely decorated.
Large garden with a refreshing pool. BBQ available. Quiet surroundings.
Owners are very kind and helpful. A car is handy to explore the area and do shopping. Multiple supermarkets in Labin. Several activities can be booked around Rabat, including a boat trip to Chres.

Beautiful accommodation
We spent 12 wonderful days in this house. The house is located very quietly so that you can relax and unwind. We were welcomed by the owner, who lives right next door. The owner is very discreet but always available if you need help. The house was very clean and well equipped. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the beds comfortable. We cannot mention anything negative and will also come back ourselves next year.

Sehr schöne Villa bei Labin
Beautiful clean holiday home in a quiet location. Equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Very large and beautiful pool. You can make many beautiful trips to beaches and cities from there.
Landlord very kind and attentive. Nothing is missing. Had wonderfully relaxing days.

Super Hausbesitzerin
The house is super beautiful, and the homeowner is very accommodating. We were stuck in traffic for 5 hours, and she waited for us there. Deposit was made, and the rest paid on-site. Everything was super clean and nicely furnished, one had their peace and quiet. The pool was regularly cleaned. By car, you can also easily reach the beach and other shopping options.
